When booking this Non Smoking hotel that is what I expected. Clean fresh air. They allowed smokers all through the hotel which in turn went through the air conditioning unit. There was no western restaurant as advertised. Staff were not equipped to deal with Western tourists at all. Very disappointing about what I was charged and what I received.

Not non smoking as advertised! People smoke all the time and they are not stopped. The foyer, rooms and hallways stink. ( not good for young asthmatic children! 👎🏼 Only Chinese and Japanese cuisine, the only western thing on the room service menu is a club sandwiche. Not many of the staff can speak English! 😬 Made our stay very unpleasant, it appears all about money not about service! 👎🏼☹️😖 Tge cleaning staff are lovely and really go out of their way. There are no facilities at all other than wifi! Very poor!!!

The staff could hardly speak Chinese. The spare bed for our son was hard as a board. The hotel is suppose to be non smoking but it always smelt. On one Occassion someone we travelled with saw four men come into entrance smoking and hotel staff did not tell them to stop smoking. Very disappointed not how we wanted to remember our China holiday! ☹️👎🏼

Rooms tired & dated, although good value with breakfast included. ‘Additional’ bed for third person in room was in really poor & dirty condition. Room service took one hour to come and the food was cold (yes cold, not even warm!). Rang reception to advise, but cold food not collected or replaced after half an hour, so took it to reception myself & complained quite forciably. Food was eventually replaced and the cost refunded. To be fair to the hotel and after the problems we encountered, they did move us to a much nicer room on the second evening, offered us free room service or a meal one evening (which we declined) and reserved a table at breakfast for us everyday. Oh and just one more point - when we tried to use the Gym, there were Chinese people in there lounging around & smoking - we explained in Chinese that that was not really acceptable, but they just ignored us! Wouldn’t return or recommend.

the reception desk is not helpful at all, it felt like they had grundge on you personally, hotel location is lousy, quite far from everywhere, cleaness? forget about it, stains everywhere, foul smell in the room, bathroom so dirty it should be put in the butcher section of a hoggery. this hotel is somehow displayed as five star on agoda, it in fact is a ill maintained motel with a five star price, be careful folks, stay away from this trash.

The hotel is in an ok location. Safe and not too far from the Metro. Most staff were friendly (just had one incident where I was interrupted by an employee while checking in. The receptionist ignored me to chat with the other employee and I was left wondering where I needed to go to). despite this, all other staff were very helpful (especially the doormen). Rooms smell like smoke even though we were in non smoking rooms (which is terrible if you can't stand the smell). Everything was great. We didn't eat there, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

It was ok, but noisy. lots of drunk students running around the hotel. kept knocking on my door late at night looking for their friends. lobby was under construction so hard to check in/out cuz couldn't find the reception area
