The hostel is just located 5 min walking distance from Jeju intercity bus terminal, which makes you easy to move around Jeju island. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will help you especially if you’re not familiar with the public transportation in Jeju island.

The room is not regularly cleaned daily. we were not given our reimbursement for one night that the manager had promised to give through agoda. I sent letters with the proof but we were not given the reimbursement for one day accomodation for three rooms. Still you can send to me the reimbursement if your are really sincere.

This guesthouse is located in the middle of Jeju City, just 1-2 minutes walk to the Dongmun Market where you could find basically all of Jeju's products, including seafood and tangerines, and the bus stop is also near. I was booked 1 bed in 4-bed-dormitory-female-only for 1 night and I think the bathroom is kind of private bathroom because it's 1 bathroom per room (us...

I enjoyed my stay in Jeju R Guesthouse. The staff was great and very helpful with information. The roomsize was good, bed was comfortable. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning. The Jeju R is located in a sidelane just some meters away from the intercity bus terminal. From there it is possible to cover most sights of Jeju island. For the more adventurous it is pos...

The stay here was one of the best during my 15 days trip to South Korea with a group of friends. We totally love the comfortable Ondol style mattress and big bathroom. The owner here is very knowledgeable about Jeju and willing to assist us in planning our trip around the island by bus (Jeju do not have subway), thus making our trip much smoother and enjoyable.

Loved our stay! Their cute and friendly dog, Hoi (not sure how to spell that) aleays greeted us. Room was clean, warm and had great views of the ocean as well. Close to multiple convenience stores, cafes, and scenic stops along the coastal road. Host was great and had awesome suggestions from restaurants and spots to visit depending on what you're into. Loved the ...

It's 10 minutes away from the airport. 5 minutes walk away from Yongdam Rock (Dragon head). 5 minutes taxi away from E Mart Right next to 7-11 and 3 minutes walk away from GS25. 5 minutes walk away from bus stop. I went on. Solo trio to South Korea and jeju island was the highlight of the said trip. I was surprised by this guesthouse! Airport limousine 600 drops u off a little further beyond New Kyeongnam Tourist Hotel. Get off the limousine bus, walk back towards New Kyeongnam Tourist Hotel. Don't stop here. Keep walking...until you come to a junction where 4 or 5 roads intersect. Three roads go upslope. If you see this junction, congrats! Follow the path up Seomun-ro, and on 3rd left turn, you are...

I am happy for my trip and I don’t want to type lengthy comment so just the point form 1. The location for me is good as it’s quiet and it’ll more convenient if selfdrive 2. The owner and hotel staff are running the property, restaurant & convenient store. They might not at front desk all the time but reachable at convenient store or phone. 3. They are helpful, when my...

I'd recommend people who wants to see real Jeju island as it is. Now a days, Jeju island is being developed and many people are coming to Jeju to enjoy all sort of water sports. Some guest house is holding a BBQ party every night and it is FUN and LOUD. But, if you like a cozy, a relaxing atmosphere and quit place surrounded by landscape, you definitely should vis...

It was indeed a good stay there. The room is clean and all the necessities such as toiletries, coat rack, washing machine, water dispenser, tourist maps, breakfast, free wifi, etc, are provided. The location is at a very convenient area. There is a airport limousine bus stop within walking distance from the hotel (about 5 mins. walk), convenience stores and food stre...

I am a Korean who spent many years in the United States. So I consider myself as bi-lingual and bi-cultural. I traveled Jeju Island by myself and spent two nights at Gudeok. It was a great experience. Maybe the greatest experience that I have had recently. I met some great people from all around the world. I made great friends from France, Romania, Germany, and Korea. ...

I only stayed for one night but the guesthouse is spacious. You have to walk up stairs to get there. The manager was nice and accommodating and the place was really quiet; to the point I thought I was the only guest. Everything was clean and well managed. I was planning on staying here again at the end of the month but something came up so I had to cancel. My biggest c...

To note: * use the Korean name when looking for the place and make sure you have the correct phone number. You won't find the English name in the GPS navi. *It's about an hour by car from Jeju International Airport. *The guesthouse is the top floor of a seafood restaurant overlooking Seongsan Ilchubong and the sea. 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Seongsan Ilchubo...

Only stayed one night just before flight out of Jeju so didn't get to experience the property to its fullest. However, there was a really nice atmosphere to the place. The breakfast was a nice bonus particularly as you could cook your own eggs! Any one interested in the gym, there is a great one around the corner. 10,000 Won per visit and dumbles up to 40kg (One set of...

All staffs were very nice and helpful, they help us to order the fried chicken and 짜장면 (Korean noodles), also help me to call taxi when I left. The location is convenient to go to Dongmun Market by walk and that's short way to Jeju bus terminal by bus. Room is cozy, I like the warmer blanket. Although there are a few of mosquitoes, but they provided a anti-mosqui...

The host welcomed us from outside of the house when we arrived. Gave us a brief tour around the house and left us to rest. Room was neat and clean. Provided simple breakfast like bread and eggs which guests self-helped themselves with the toasting and cooking and washing. Good relaxing music in the kitchen during breakfast. Host showed concern for us and is able to con...

Long Island is the loveliest guesthouse I have ever stayed in, this place makes me feel like home. The guesthouse is clean and comfortable as they clean it everyday. Bus stop is right outside the guesthouse, you can see Seongsan Ilchulbong just by looking out the guesthouse window, ferry to Udo is just 8-10 minutes walk away. Most importantly the lovely hosts are so ki...

The hostel is so relaxing. Near to sea, few minutes drive to Havichi resort that you can find a lot of restaurants. The room is clean, staff is nice though they may not speak english. But they try their best to help us. The two cats “Moon” and “tiger” are so cute! Miss them a lots!

Only stayed here for one night and it was a good one. The hostel was hard to find for me but as long as you look upwards when you're looking for it, you should be good. The dorm room was very spacious but there were many mosquitoes around. The best part of the hostel is the free beer from 9-11 pm. It's a great way to relax and meet people.

This is our first night stay at Jeju Island after visited Jungmun Tourist Attraction Complex, Jusangjeollidae then Seopjikoji. We booked this hotel for preparing to conquer Geongsan hill the next early morning :). We stay at the third floor, room is big with kitchen desk and medium size bath room. We love the soft and comfy bed. There is one restaurant opposite this h...

We booked a twin room, but the host let us stay in triple room. The room is huge and we were satisfied as we can move freely in the room. The location is in local residential area and we were really happy as my sister said "we can blend with locals" ;) Overall cleanliness of this hostel was good, but no daily cleaning is provided. The owner greet me and my sister warml...

the host is an international couple, English and korean friendly. They are so nice and drove me around and I had a great time with them! There's bus stop 3min away from the guesthouse if you're not driving. 5min to the sea and there's a snack store around too. Quiet neighborhood. There're outdoor place for bbq as well. Definitely a good choice for Jeju!!

The rooms were more spacious than I thought, every room comes with a balcony facing the beautiful seaview. The family who runs the guesthouse is very welcoming and hospitable. They were more than helpful and they kept the place and rooms very clean. The amenities were satisfying, they have wifi, 2 laundry rooms as well as hangout room for guests to chill and have break...

D owner wasnt at the guesthouse so often, and to me i felt comfortable to move around freely. All facilities provided are convenient for me, but since I booked for korean ondol so I became lazy to go inside the house regularly, my room is outside the guesthouse. Bad time as it was the strongest wind occur in Jeju, and i was there. Weather's cold, although the windows and door are shut, but i can still feel the coldness out from no where. No heater in the room, bed warmer is there, try to request the heater from owner. The whole place is well decorated with nice miniature of different comics characters (Iron Man, Captain Americ...

I enjoyed the stay, though we stayed in guesthouse but the facilities and room condition are very good. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Jenner, the staff there speak good english and she even go all the way to help us to plan our trip and get good driver for us... I will be back

The location is excellent, located less than 10 minutes from the airport on a major bus line. Jeju city has a few attractions around the area, which make this a good base to start from to explore the northern part of the island. It's almost 1.5 hrs down to Seogwipo, though, so if you plan on exploring that area, I recommend you move down south for that part of your s...

Compare to other guesthouse in Jeju, this guesthouse is the best. A little bit far from Jeju city but this place is very nice, clean, and the owner is very friendly and speak English really well. If you just wanna stay overnight or plan to go to Udo and this place is the best for a quick rest or overnight stay. Went stay here with my friends and they loved it😊

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. About a 10min cab ride to the airport which was great for our early morning flight out. Shared a dorm room which (always) has it pains and gains, but overall doable for a night or 2 max. Basic, cheap accommodation. Beds don't really have mattresses, but again, 1 night there won't kill you. Not sure what the other rooms look li...

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner n his wife was very friendly and always offer their help. When we a bit late for sure he will text us asking whether we’re ok or not. Traveler impressions of Jeju Island
have varieties and assortment towards everyones liking.its a great place to unwind for people living in cities!
Jeju is quite beautiful. It would be a good place to rent a car. I was able to get around on buses and with taxis, but once you're out of the main cities, transportation can be difficult if you don't speak Korean.
We only spend 1 night in Jeju which we think is too short. If possible, would recommend 2-3 days night stay.
A peaceful island with many speed cameras (GPS will alert you constantly when you are in the speed limit zone).
Jeju is a quiet and relax island. If you want to be away from the city is a best place. However, transport information and convenience is not as good as seoul.
The tourist sites are not tourist friendly in terms of transpo going to the site. The bus system is good, but when you get to the site, there is nothing available at once.
Make sure you go to the sight seeing instead of the museum. You will love to see them and it really worth time spending.
Jeju Island is a great place to visit. I am a nature lover and this is my 3rd time here. I just love all the places, sun rise peak, all in movie, sangbasan, jungmuun and all places that I have visited.
The Jeju Olle is highly recommended to travellers of all ages. If you want to learn more about Jeju Culture, probably the annual walking festival in late Oct/early Nov will be the best option.
Unfortunately we stayed in this wondedrful place only 3 days. Our itinerary was like that: Day 1 - discover Jeju city.
A place that offer good value of money for nature lovers. Distance travel not that far and can see many attractions.
An island that holds a lot of promises. Peaceful life, fresh air, fantastic sea food at a reasonable prices.
Jeju island is not too small and not too big of an island. Recommend renting a car and doing tour for 3 - 4 days trip.
Search the information & make necessary booking prior arriving. Select the place u want to visit & foods u like to eat.
Great Island to spend about 5-7 days on. You can experience everything you want in that time, but i would say its best to rent a car.
Jeju is a great place for couples and families. If you visit you MUST rent a car to get around properly as the island itself is quite large.
is alot attraction place and if possible you have to stay here more then 1 week to enjoy the holiday
Lovely Island, easy to get around. Beautiful beaches, interesting tourist attractions, amazing weather.
it's a good place for families, not couples (unless thay like to be around kids all the time!) the people is extremely nice and restaurants offer good bbq and deals.
There is something of interest for everyone on Jeju. You can relax on the beach, spend your time on shopping, visit historical places, museums or theme parks, hike the Halla San or visit other relics of the volcanic history of Jeju island.
The island is more accessible if you have car to go around the city, so for foreigners please have your international licence ready or wait for busses and taxis for a bit (long) time.
So easy to travel from places to places with the many car rental establishments. Food can be found everywhere and the scenery is so pretty!! Great place to travel, even seniors will not have difficulties as can drive to doorstep most of the tourist spots
Jeju island was everything I'd hoped it would be. The island itself is very diverse from going through the main city, to driving through the mountain and petting horses, to exploring the popular sights.
Jeju Island is a good place for vacation due to the natural environment. Jeju Island is a safe and peaceful place so do not need to worry about the safety issue.
Jeju Island is a good place for vacation due to the natural environment. Jeju Island is a safe and peaceful place so do not need to worry about the safety issue.
Jeju Island, is a good place for relaxation with its nature, forest, culture and history, When in Jeju it seems you are not living in a chaotic world we are now in, You will forget that stressful life from the place where you've been.
I visited Jeju last April in order to see the yellow flower. Too bad it blooms early so i cannot get to enjoy when it fully bloomed.
If you have time and like hiking, suggested to go Hallasan and U-do. Both are very good to visit in Jeju, and never say not worth after visited.
The scenary view in Jeju island is wonderful. If anyone visiting South Korea, this is a MUST visit place.
The sea food is awesome. Although the temperature was quite cold for me, the beautiful scenery and landscape pay it off.
