My stay at the Sunshine guest house was excellent , i recommend to anyone looking for a quality stay in Jomtien Beach Pattaya. I originally only planned to stay for one week but ended up staying for four weeks. Everything about this guest house is of the highest quality. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The Guest house is in a central location and is very easy to get anywhere around Pattaya. The beach is only fifty meters from the guest house at the end of the street.street. Ive traveled all over Asia and most of Europe and i have to say this is the best Guest house i have stayed at.I will definitely be coming back again.

I. I've been taking a couple of breaks from Thailand every year. They spend as long as a month in Pattaya for as long as 15 days. I don't like entertainment and Thai women. For the past 20 years, I enjoyed myself in Thailand, so I drank a few bottles of beer and slept in the accommodation. My only move is with a car & a motorcycle... They walk around the streets for two to three hours, putting their heads down and fighting. The reason why I stayed in this accommodation for a long time is because I think it is safe. It's a low-lying building around the lodgings.There is no bar, so it is safe in the fire and in case of an emergency, I think it would be OK to open the window and run out ... It is very kind to the employees of Check-in. A woman who does some work is ignorant. First, talk to the customer and mutter in Thai. be in a bad mood A guest is a tourist who came to relax. It will be a better place to stay if you give me an injection of no inconvenience.

Best location with one of the most beautiful beach in pattaya, Tah-Wan beach, in front of the resort. There will be many shops open and many traveller in daytime that you can enjoy shopping and walking along the beach but when it's evening and morning, you'll have the peacful and private beach, since there's not many hotels at this beach, with free-seats service from the resort. The resort service is very nice, caring and polite. The resort restaurant is also good with delicious food and drinks and reasonable price.

I stay in maleez lodge every time i come pattaya its a well run guest house with very friendly staff if you go on agoda you can get a room for £17 a night good value and you get a really comfortable bed not like other hotels are rock hard the rooms are cleaned every day,remember you are only paying £17/20 a night,showers give plenty of hot water air con is cold works fine tea and coffee big fridge flat screen tv on the wall balcony with table and chairs,the safebox to the room is downstairs in reception it has 24 hour cctv on the boxes and the desk is 24 hour, you can have a beer and they serve good thai/english food, maleez is situated close to everything you would want to do in pattaya within walking distance maleez is a great place to stay some would say its dated and could do with decoration but as i have said before £17/20 night for a clean room and comfortable bed and great staff and cental to everywhere its ano brainer give it a try i will be back in november 7th stay

I actually loved my stay here at The Links. Very easy to find, close to arms and 24/7 convenience stores, bar scene also if thats your thing. You can get airport bus, about 130 baht from 2nd level of airport, they run on hour every hour until about 8 or 9pm. About 1 hr 40 min journey in air con comfort - I always get off at Jomtien which is last stop and then get a baht bus back into Pattaya and it is easier to do this than get off earlier in Pattaya and get cab or bike taxi - just 10 min on baht bus and get off junction of South Rd and walk up to the soi as per address on left - probably a 10 min walk. The Links is a guest house hotel and to be honest I never saw the owners as they obviously out golfing all day - very friendly staff and attentive and helpful. Room nice and large, older furniture but very clean and sheets and duvet cover pillows changed every 3 days ( I was there one week). Room was clean with dvd player, sat channels, flat screen modern tv etc. There was a safe for security. I tried the food there and it was so good i eat breakfast there each day and several dinner meals. Excellent cooking for Western and Thai food alike, cook is well trained she says by western owner. There is an outdoor bar set up in street opposite so some noise , advise taking some ear plugs just in case, this is a friendly safe area in this street and of course you can walk here to the infamous Walking Street (google this) and beach walks and restaurants. In fact you can walk to most things from here. I have been to many guest houses, budget type hotels but I would definitely stay here again and it is superb value for money combined with friendly welcoming staff, from the cleaner to the front staff. One tip is to get a screen grab freeze on your iphone of the exact location so you can refer as you walk the street to find the hotel. I do this tip for all my trips. Have fun! Enjoy!

Awesome place . The great location in heart of Pattaya. Cheap . Clean and spacious rooms . Good staffs. This is the best place to enjoy at night . If you are there to sleep u have to close your ears with buds , because there will be music playing from 9 pm to 4am in morning. U can hear and enjoy your drinks from your room itself . U have safety lockers. U have beach at 150 mts near you . U have a lots to pubs at your doorstep. U have 7-11 next to ur hotel . There is bikes for rent below ur hotel. There are lots to say more and more . I enjoyed my stay . That too A11 room has balcony too . U can hear music , dance drink in balcony. People will be walking all night . The best place to enjoy in Pattaya.

advantages: 1. Location is good, near walking street and you can access the public transportation on pattaya rd and second rd. 2. Staff is friendly, room is clean and comfortable. 3. If you want to visit Koh Samet, there is a travel agent named Malibu just near this hotel. They provide the package for transportation to pier and the boat. 4. Though there are some bars in front of the hotel, the soundproof is great, you'll not be disturbed during the night. disadvanes: 1. No hair dryer provided. 2. Wifi signal is weak in the room, but I bought the 3G sim card in the airport for 7 days unlimited internet connection, so it might not be an issue. 3. If you would like to use "Bell travel service" to transfer to Pattaya from airport, this hotel is not included in its hotel pick-up list. But you can choose the pick-up location as "The privi hotel", this hotel is just near westerly hill hotel.

Nemos Guesthouse and Massage provide excellent sleeping accommodations as well as massage services at very affordable rates. This is by far the best value for money in Pattaya for a Guesthouse style accommodation. This Guesthouse is "Guest Friendly" and does not charge any "Joiner Fees" which is a big plus and can save you a lot of money while staying in Pattaya. All of the rooms in the Guesthouse have just recently been updated with high end furnishings and Flat Screen TV's. The free Wifi is also very fast. The location of the Guesthouse is top notch and in the heart of all of the action with LK Metro being just 50 meters away. The rooms are very well insulated to block out any street noise and is very quiet at night. The beds are large and have very comfortable pillow top mattresses with blackout shades on the windows to make for great sleeping and rest. It's a quick 5 minute walk to Beach Road. The rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels and complimentary water are included daily. For those of you wanting a swimming pool, the neighboring hotel allows non-guests to use there very nice swimming pool for just 100baht per day. The owners (John and Meow) are two great people and have become good friends over the course of my stay. The massage ladies are also top notch. They are very professional and knowledgeable and all have the proper training and skills to give you the very best of massages in all of Thailand. For anyone looking for a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay in the very best location of Pattaya I highly recommend that you look no further and book Nemos Guesthouse and Massage. I am already looking forward for my next trip back!

i have stayed in another hotel in pattaya back in 2007 and in comparison the siam guest house is the best and i aim to highly recommend others to stay there, as mentioned before the staff were excellent, well maintained and very clean, help was always on hand, close to laundry facilities, shops, clubs, eatery outlets and always had access to taxi's on the street also a very short walk to the beach. safe and found was quite on every night, except for one night whereby a group made noise until early hours of the morning and had ignored staff that asked them to consider others staying there.

Great location on Soi 7 and close to Soi 8 if your interested in the bar scenes and live bands nearby. Also Soi 6 and Central Marina is close simply taking the Baht bus for 10 baht (very cheap transportation to get around pattaya). The room was clean and furniture was not dated like older hotels in Pattaya. The room was also spacious, lots of room to move around. Although a couple minus is you will hear music from the bars outside and from downstairs although it will not be that loud unless you are a light sleeper then you will be bothered before 3:30AM. The party doesn't stop till 3:30AM everyday. Also entry and exit into the hotel requires that you go through the bar. There is no separate entry or exit, you HAVE to go through the front bar. Also i would not recommend this for a family, this will be good for the bachelor or for couples who are interested in the night life around Pattaya. Totally for the traveler who is down to party like a rockstar every day/night!

I booked 3 rooms at Palm Delight Lodge and really delighted by the sea view in our rooms. I can't believed I get this spacy, very neat rooms with so little money! You can easily access this hotel from Pattaya Bus Terminal using local transportation (only 10 baht) and you will find this hotel on the left side of the road. It's so easy to find, very near to the beach and cafe. The only concerned I have is the poor English of the Staff. But it doesn't bothers so much.

it was the best budget hotels / guesthouses iv'e stayed. the room was a medium size @ 30 m2 !! I was on the first floor with my own balcony . the room was thoroughly cleaned EVERY DAY...... the air con was very quiet and [ NO Music ]... Soi Bua Khao is 30 mtrs from your door step.. the street faces the [ PATTAYA CITY HOSPITAL ] so very good for directions... you will enjoy your stay. The cost of the room I was required to pay was for 2 people and I was only 1 person. I have friends in Pattaya whom I know well and are good people. I was not allowed to take anyone else into my room, even for an hour in the daytime, much less overnight to share the room--and even pay me 1/2 of the cost of the room. If I am required to pay for 2 people, it is totally wrong not to allow me to have a 2nd person come into the room--even for a daytime, one-hour visit to chat or to teach an English lesson or whatever. I have located two other hotels nearby for the same low price (one even cheaper) where I must also pay for 2 persons but where I can bring friends into the room to visit, even overnight if I want. I will not return to Best Corner where I throw away 1/2 the cost of my stay. All less was very fine. Had I been allowed to bring someone else into the room, I would have rated them a 10. This coming week I am returning to Pattaya with a Thai friend (I am an U. S. citizen of European descent.) from my permanent city of residence, Bangkok, to show him the Wat called The Sanctuary of the Truth (many Thais do not know it, but it is one of the most important places in all Thailand to go see). Even booking the room at the Best Corner Hotel for the 2 of us together and coming together from Bangkok, Best Corner would not let us share the room because he is Thai and I am "white." They are both racist at the Best Corner Hotel and they are thieves because they require I pay for 2 but do not allow me a guest even for a 1 hour visit in the daytime. I had no idea before I booked the 1st time or I would never have paid to stay there.

The overall could be so much better if they just could have some kind of common sense.. This is a sportsclub, i paid around 12000baht for 3 nights for my family and it all looks very well but then some things are very annoying that can basicly only happen in thailand... Playing tennis Have to pay 500 baht per hour and if you want to play after dark, they charge you 350baht more for the....lights. Playground They have a small climbing area, which should just be complementary but they have the heart to charge 300baht per person to use it / such a joke. Trampoline Small trampoline. nothing fancy and they want to charge 100 baht to use this , shame shame... Pool U could expect a nice pool area on a sports resort, with facilities like to buy some kind of refreshments etc / no here is nothing, nothing nothing. I dont even think the pool area belongs to the resort though it looks like they are sharing with nearby establishment.. Could have been so much better without the greed of money

If ou want to party on a budget go here!! The hotel was cheap clean and comfortable! The huge beds were amazing! Every member of the staff was friendly and very helpful overall we were stoked with our stay and I would stay again!! Prime location on Soi LK Metro able to use the pool next door aswell which was nice!! If you want quiet nights don't go here though it's deffo in party central!! In fact don't go pattaya if you want a quiet holiday 😄

My stay was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable. It included a comfortable deck and a very good in-room WiFi. The hotel is only 2 blocks from the beach and is located in an area that has numerous beer bars, restaurants, and a grocery store with a food center and liquor store about one block away. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and stay there again the next time I am in central Pattaya. The owner was exceptional and went out of his way to be friendly, informative, and help solve problems.

This place is the same as it has always been and that is why I return time after time for years now. Right inside the middle of LK so expect noise from 9PM to 3AM but it has never bothered me so that is not a problem! The Golf outings ,the food as well as the staff and people here are what make this place special! It is small yet very accommodating and they bend over backwards to ensure that you have everything that you need during your stay. The rooms are a decent size and have good hot water and good A/C with strong free WiFi . The food here from early AM breakfast to lunch and dinner is on par with the best in all of Pattaya in my opinion! Steak night on the grill is several nights each week and is by far my favorite in all of Pattaya ! If you love Thailand,Gold,amazing food and awesome people then this place is for you !

Had a lovely stay at Miracle House. All furnishings are new, TV was the best quality, picture and range of channels I've experienced in Thailand. Staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a bit hard to find at first as the guesthouse does not face onto Soi Lengkee but is located behind the soi. Very close major bar and club area LK Metro. The one and only issue I had with the guesthouse was the parking attendant at the major hotel/resort facing Miracle House. About 12 or so buses park directly between Miracle House and this hotel/resort and need to directions getting in and out of the confined space. The young man directing the parking used his whistle to direct the staff, using it frequently and very loudly from about 7:00 AM each morning. So if you're an early riser, you'll be fine..... but if you're out on the town till the wee hours, be prepared for an early wake-up.

A room is good but the location is very bad. Chills day is located nearby the temple where there always have the events started in the morning until midnight. It was really bad experience because I couldn’t sleep. The noise was too loud and bass shakes my room. We booked a room for 2 days. In the next day, we asked in the morning if we can move to the other rooms because our room is the closest room next to the temple and the officer said we couldn’t because a new customer would come in the afternoon. So I couldn’t sleep 2 nights. And I won’t book the hotel here again. For my opinion the hotel should inform in the details that some nights might have an event with not suit we sleep

The only possible downside is the music that is played by surrounding venues till around 3am, but most come to this town to party, & the hours they keep usually coincides with bars & clubs. Everything else about YOYO Guesthouse is just excellent. By far the best thing about this place though is the lady who works there. Always has a welcoming smile, and is on hand to help with any questions or issues & genuinely tries to make your stay here fun & stress free (which can make all the difference when you are feeling run down after travelling thousands of miles). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a clean & modern room with no nasty surprises. 10/10
