It was a nice stay there. The room and bathroom is very clean. After booking the owner will send you an email at what time you want to arrive to give you the key. I wrote her the time and she was there exactly at that time! Wonderful! THe whole day it is silent there, and good fresh air. Parking beside the house is easily possible. Walking into the center lasts about 10-15min, walking to the supermarket (Mall) takes about 1min only! For that price it was a perfect stay! Thank you!

We've been driving from Austria back to Brno and although we were late the person from the apartment came to meet us and gave us keys. Staying was great (a bit noisy as the trams start running at 5am) PS Agoda should remove "Food" option for rating as most of the apartments I stayed in did not have an option "breackfast included")

It's like a cheap motel on the street near a park. In the morning you can take a walk. 10 minutes from airport by uber. It's good point for late arrival. Easy to hear noise of corridor, road and neighbor rooms. No hair dryer. I was late for 10 minutes so I paid 10euro, which was worst. it's not like others. Breakfast should be improved better.

I enjoyed the atmosphere there, just like a local people. Although the restaurant does open till 9 or 10 pm, food is supposingly not provided in late evening. When we came to the restaurant (after sightseeing) at 8pm, we are told that the chef is already off. But, the staff is willing to cook for us still (very nice). Do not expect any well furnished facilities. I repeat, it is a pension in a small town. the only cons to me is that you need to climb up from main town square by walking along a zigzag sloping path (but not more than 5 minutes I think).

My sister and I were well pleased with the hotel. It was a bit hot with only a fan provided late, but there was plenty of space and it was quite clean. The service was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was really good value for the money.

The neighborhood was nice, but the garden itself was surrounded by garbage, too small bathroom, I could hear the people on the other room even how the brush their teeth... It was 12km away from the city center: that I didn't noticed when made the reserve.

The Hotel is on a minor road at Loket by the rail line which skirts the river. The facade is unremarkable but freshly and brightly painted. But soon as you go inside it is a real surprise. It is beautiful and everything is fresh and clean. Loved the marble tile floors and the room was lovely and well appointed. The lady in charge was unobtrusive but kind and efficient....

I was disappointed that we filled a room for the night and bought drinks and food and they still thought they where being ripped off. The irrony is 2weeks later we where in the area looking for a room and passed there establishment but went else where as we felt it the price on line may be different to the actual price.

We had a good stay here. The guy at the reception was very nice and despite of not being able to speak perfect English, it was no issue to get an extra pillow and to do our laundry. The room was clean and decent. One thing which may trouble some late sleepers is that the window on the roof, even with the yellow shade pulled out, let some sunlight through and make the room bright in the morning. However, not all rooms probably have the same window as they are not in the top floor. The distance from downtown is a few kilometres, so you probably need to take the public transport. However, the tram number 12 travels from downtown close to the apartment, so we thought it was also convenient.

The appartement is clean and cosy, the breakfast was diverse and satisfying the staff was really nice and helpfull.

This is a really nice place with good, comfy rooms, friendly staff and seemingly great location, but... Let's start from the good things - in the very centre of the town, on a beautiful back street of the town full of historical climate. There is a good restaurant with not only traditional regional specialities but also something for vegetarians (not vegans though) and tasty beer from local brewery. The staff speaks limited English but they are very friendly so with minimum effort you should manage just fine. We got clean, simply but conveniently furnished room with comfortable big bed. There were even white towels and bath supplies prepared the way you would expect rather from hotel than a penzion like this, also a fridge with minibar with reasonable prices for the beer and wine. This overall great experience has been somehow spoiled by the surrounding establishments. Those are very nice restaurants and pubs - different styles of great food and beers as in the penzion itself, also nice staff etc. - definitely worth visiting. But... once they are closing about midnight to 1:00 AM (and unfortunately it continues later) the clients going out are making such a ruckus it will definitely wake you up! Part of it is due to the streets being so narrow that you can hear somebody whispering on the ground level being on the third floor. And they are not whispering at all :-). One night we had a bad luck to witness some alcohol-driven argument among some local patrons where there were screams and swearing for like 15 minutes or so, and that was just one event of a few. Same goes for cars occasionally driving through. There is even a note (in English too) someone put on the door that if you are bothered by the nose outside you should... call the local police and even repeat the call if they haven't reacted ;-). Don't get me wrong - we were visiting the same pubs downstairs and we had absolutely no impression that the place might not be safe or anything like that, even during

I had a great stay. All three staff that I met were courteous and helpful. It was just right for my four night stay. Breakfast was simple but ample. Value for money, I don't think it can be beaten. It's position in the town is such a huge plus.

Location was right in the center of the square. Very near to centrum park if you drive. She was very nice and kind lady. During breakfast(6euros), she prepared like buffet by herself in the morning and gave me handmade porcelain decoration item to me for rememberance. House was very clean and room was spacious. I highly recommend this place.

We booked a small double, and yes it was small but it was comfortable, super clean, and quiet (but still quite convenient for town). The kitchen facility was very useful, and the owner gave us an unexpected token to use against breakfast in the cafe next door which was very nice of him. In terms of what we paid it was excellent value for money. The shower is great Inte...
