"I'm going to rest well, goodbye!"”
I booked a Japanese guesthouse believing that it would be much cleaner and more hygienic than other foreign guesthouses. My friend and I made reservations for a female-only room and a mixed-gender room, but the mixed-gender room was almost entirely occupied by men. The owner seemed like a Korean who had lived in Japan for a long time, and he was very kind. He said that if the mixed-gender room was uncomfortable, he would switch us to a female-only room, and he did so the next day. The bathroom and shower were on the third floor, and if you woke up early, you wouldn't overlap with other people in the shower. I enjoyed my stay at a reasonable price, and the location was satisfactory. It was close to places like Kushida Shrine, Don Quijote, and Canal City, and although it was a bit of a walk to Hakata Station, it wasn't that far, maybe about 15 minutes. Anyway, I recommend it if you're looking for a guesthouse in the lower price range. The shower room was a bit old, but as long as the hot water came out well, I thought it was okay.
The owner is really kind.”
It was the morning of the last day of my trip. I had stayed up drinking until dawn and couldn't wake up in the morning. One of my travel companions tried to wake me up, but the owner helped me with a warm heart, and I was able to return to Korea safely. Thank you so much!
"가성비 최고" can be translated to "best value for money" in English.”
I went to sleep for a while at a hostel and since it was off-season, I had a dorm room all to myself. There was a refrigerator and a water purifier, and the location was great.
A place where you can sleep well at a low price.”
The administrator was able to communicate in Korean, so there was no problem with communication, and the price was also cheap, so I was able to rest well.
Perfect if you only spend 1-2 nights”
The hostel is quite large, especially located in such an ideal location. Sometimes, you can recognize the smell of the old building and the carpets. The female dormitory doesn't have lights specifically for each bed. No elevator, so the ones with big and heavy luggage should consider (even the staff was kind enough to help me bring the luggage to the upstairs). While the restroom and the bathroom are located on the second floor, the female dormitory is located on the third floor, which is inconvenient. Anyway, 1-2 nights are ok with this price and the hostel's perfect location.
