Small but clean n tidy”
The staffs are friendly, willing to provide information regarding to kuching main attraction, the room was small but yet clean and tidy.. i would like to recommend this hotel for tourist which have budget below than rm100.

gw furama is located close to the chinese temple and the high rise harbor view hotel, where you will find many similar hotels. the hotel is located on a quiet back road, so hardly any traffic noise.the room with attached bathroom is functional and clean. the hotel could improve: - make the hotel non-smoking; certainly the male receptionist should not smoke in the small lobby - remove the cleaning (and other) stuff in the staircase on each floor, this does not look good at all. note: the hotel does not provide food. there are restaurants close by.

Very warm service”
Situated on Lorong Green Hill 3, this hotel is very handy to access all the points of interests of the city. There are a lot of restaurants nearby so you have a lot of choice. The owner of the place who's also the receptionist is very smiley and helpful. The rooms are ok, quite big and the bathroom has a bathtub. Unfortunately, the walls seem to be made out of paper as you can hear everything which make the place very noisy.

Pros: Stayed there for two nights, quiet & peaceful at night despite renovation in progress next door during day time. Very good location! Accessible to all hot spots in city centre within walking distance. Cons: Antient air-cond & TV, only one power wall socket in the room which is too high from the floor, anyway these are small matters to me

Good location in city centre, easily accessible to tourism spots within walking distance. Two-quiet-night stay. Like to lady owner at the counter, always smile & friendly. Quickly attend to our inquiry & requests. However, old air-cond didnt work properly, coudn't adjust temperature. Too cold at night. Renovation next door at day time.

Friendly hotel with convenient location”
The hotel stays in a convenient location from my work place. Nice bars and restaurants are around the place. Couple of 5-star hotels around, so many places to hangout. The internet is completely free of charge. Every day cleaning is available. In short, for brief stay, this hotel is cheap and value for money.

service is smile but old hotel”
We stay here for 4 nights, but when we open the door's moment, we almost wanted to go off, planing to look for other hotel, but because no refund from agoda therefore force to complete our stay. Keep the money for other use! The lady boss is kind but the bed is terrible, the wood bed's led is crack, got creak when I sit down or when I turning my body when sleeping, I can not sleep well for the stay. You can get better hotel near by at same price in same area. Sorry to lady boss.

Instead of facing the air-con towards the bed, it faces towards the toilet. Could hardly feel the coolness. The pillow cases had a bad smell, and I have to get it changed. Bed-sheet has stain on it. Room wifi signal very poor. I have to use the lobby to excess my internet.

I stayed here for a night. It is a simple hotel, but i think it is more appropriate to be called as hostel or motel. the room is clean but it's pretty basic. nothing fancy. the toilet is a bit old, but still clean.

not so 2 star hotel”
We just stayed for one night. The room was from 80's era i guess. Even though it is quite a big space..but everything need renovation/image enhancement. The hot water was a plus, but water tab was leaking everywhere.
