My wife and I stayed for 10 nights in October. Our package included free breakfast which was good so that you don't have to go hungry in the morning. The breakfast spread was almost the same everyday but still have decent variety (scrambled egg, ham, cheese, bread, cereal, rice, orange juice, milk) for most people if you are not choosy. The hotel location is very convenient. It is located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood situated in between Ewha Womans Univ and Sinchon station. Ewha is nearer (exit 6) but the walk is slightly uphill which is still ok. As Ewha is a station of Line 2 (greenline), it is easy to travel to popular spots like Hongdae, Dongdaemun, etc). You should get the climate card which you can use for unlimited travel within Seoul for a number of days which you can choose. Surrounding the hotel, there are also great eateries and restaurants. Not to mention there is a convenience store just besides the hotel. We initially booked a standard room but there was an issue with the washing basin which frequently choke. My wife and I would like to thank and express our gratitude to Park, the Manager which went out of his way to help us to change room and also subsequently to facilitate an upgrading to a better room (we paid for the upgrade). After the upgrade, we slept very well as the bed was much better. All in all, we find H Avenue Hotel offers a value for money comfortable stay at a great location. I will stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul the next time.

I stayed at H-Avenue hotel during a solo trip and was generally satisfied. The location is great — close to the subway and airport transport, and perfect for solo travelers thanks to the compact room size. Still, a couple of things could be improved. Breakfast was very limited, and staff watched guests a bit too closely while they served themselves, which felt uncomfortable. Honestly, if the offering is that minimal, it might be better not to include breakfast at all. Also, the provided robes were clean but very worn out — another thing that might be better left out if not updated. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was polite. I’d recommend it for solo travelers looking for a convenient and affordable stay in Seoul.

I'm quite satisfied with my stay here as: - Considerable clean - MVP goes to Electronic bidet! I didn't know they provide it so I was so surprised. It's so convenient especially for Malaysian we normally use bidet, and so comfortable to use it during colder weather. - Nice soundproof and the bed is comfortable, I'm quite particular with this so I'm glad that it suits me Other than that as consistent with what others mentioned: - Great breakfast, they served cereal, kimchi fried rice, bread together with ham and vege, soup and my fav is the scramble egg! - Luggage storage, you can leave your luggage there before check in and after check out, I left it there for just less than few hours but not sure if longer time is needed. - Friendly staff and they can speak English well - Lift available so it's so convenient - Walking distance to bus and train station and many restaurant and mart nearby The very minor cons if I've to mention is I guess it might not be the best for those who has extra big luggage and you wanna open two luggage at the same time, it could be quite limited space, but since I stayed alone and it's just nice for me. Overall it's a good experience for me and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time! Lowkey hope the price will drop a bit lol.
