This is my first time booking this branch, I have previously stayed at H Boutique Kota Damansara and it hasn't disappoint at all. Booked a single room for 2 nights and I'm pleased with my entire stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating, check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The wi-fi was down for the first night but it wasn't the hotel's fault. Room was clean and comfortable to me. Hotel is also near to malls like Sunway Velocity, MyTown and IKEA (I actually walked for about 7 - 10 mins to Sunway Velocity Mall when I don't want to take a 5-min Grab ride). There's also some Chinese food along the streets which I haven't ventured to, and mamak food plus Kopitan Classic restaurant at the corner right next to the hotel if you're hungry. The area can be rather quiet at night, but it's understandable since this is a time of covid and RMCO but it's not a problem since I'm already back at the hotel. Overall, I'm satisfied with the stay, will book again, thank you!

The room was spacious and clean but the tv have no channel. i try to search but it’s display no signal. the phone also didn’t functioning. the bathroom door can’t lock. but overall the hotel was good. it surround by many stall nearby

Spacious room n bathroom with toiletries, kettle and drinks bottle provided. Strong wifi. Oldtown Cafe just next to the hotel and also near Mamaks. 15 minutes walks to Velocity, My town,Aeon CherasHad a good stay.

Very Clean and so comfortable, staff give very good service to me.. but i just wanna give one idea if management can arranged every room must have iron and hairdryer because easy to guest and no need go to 4 floor also take the hairdryer at reception.overall cleans best and awesome..tq🤗

I had no problem with parking. I arrived on a Sunday, easily found a space to park the car and didn't move it for a few days. Took Grab to get around instead. Hotel rooms are clean. Air conditioning is great, big rooms, ample space for moving around and putting our stuffs. Could use more hangers though :)

I visited this hotel again and again.. I'm not sure how many times. Its really valuable for money. Only one thing makes me sad.. Every time when i wanna book the Premier king room. It's say sold out.. One day before when i arrived hotel only.. I can see the room is available. Then it take me some times to change the room. Since i pay earlier through online. Agoda also take few days to refund my money. Otherwise everything great. I love agoda and this hotel
