This was a perfect place to hang out and rest when not out and about for the day. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with our questions, and had recommendations to where to go etc. The room was very clean and modern feeling. We didnt have breakfast included, but they had bread (and spreads), healthy cereal, and juices which we could have in the morning, so that was a bonus. Also water filter by the reception on the way out was great to refill (they do give water bottles in room every day). Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional”
Amazing location and price for this hotel. Rooms are spotless and have everything you need, including hot shower water, comfortable beds, daily cleaning and free bottled water. Staff is friendly. The area is quiet at night and there’s a great local restaurant just next door with yummy food and cheap beer. There’s also a beautiful park just 5 mins walk away. Walking distance from Sunday market and Night Bazaar. Highly recommend this hotel!! Only con is that unfortunately it does not have a pool.

I had a bit of an issue checking in. On my date of arrival, there was no attendant at the hotel. My check in information was posted on the door and there was two phone numbers I had to call to get checked in. Unfortunately, I only had data on the tourist sim card that I bought and so I had to find another way to contact the hotel. I found them on Facebook and messaged them and I got a reply very quickly and was able to get checked in that way but it was very unusual and a bit frustrating. Thankfully after that everything was fine. The lobby attendant showed up the next day and he was available for only part of the day so it lead me to conclude that the hotel wasn't staffed properly perhaps due to the lack of business during the pandemic. The room was clean and quiet and all amenities were adequate. The best part of the hotel was actually the attendant himself. This young man was very incredibly helpful. He actually drove me to a print shop nearby and helped me get my passport scanned when I needed it and even refused my offer to pay him for it. Aside from the check in, my stay there was just fine. And the hotel is located very centrally and is quite close to everything.

One night turned into three! ”
We had an amazing stay here. This hotel is lovely. The rooms are so nice and the staff are even nicer. Located very close to the night markets too and there’s always taxis outside and the staff will happily help you haggle a price and get you where you need to go. The breakfast is nice, grab what you want style. Really liked this place and will definitely consider staying here again next time we are in Chiang Mai.

perfect location, comfortable beds, and super friendly and helpful staff! We were too busy enjoying ourselves to remember to eat breakfast, but I will say that we got some laundry done for 40baht/kg and our clothes came back smelling like heaven. Would go back!!

Easy no frills hotel and very convenient location”
Nothing to complain about this hotel. Cheap and located right next to a great restaurant and just 1min walk to the nearest 7e. Walking distance to several temples and my most favourite, very near to a cocktail bar, nophaburi. You must try this while in chiangmai!

Great Place to Stay”
Great Location, Great Rooms, Great Staff! Pass on the breakfast option and find one of numerous street vendors right outside for way cheaper options! The all day free coffee is not too good, but those little fruit crackers are addicting. Overall great place, clean and a little noisy so bring your earplugs as the hotel is right on the road.

Cozy place”
It was out of my expectation. The location is quite good. There is a 7-11 nearby. In the evenings there are a lot of food stands across from the hotel and the foods are cheap and yummy. Though the room is not so big, it’s clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. I will choose to stay here next time.

Exceptional”
Originally I had planned only to stay at H Hotel Phrasing for one week, however 5 days in decided I wanted to spend longing in Chiang Mai and so went to reception and asked if I would be able to extend and was able to do so without any issues. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I used the inhouse laundry service three times and my clothes came back nicely folding and smelling wonderful every time. The room was a good size, though fairly basic in amenities (but everything you need for your stay). Water pressure in the shower could have been better. PLEASE NOTE: NO ELEVATOR. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs or make sure to ask for the 1st floor. The hotel is conveniently located with a 7-Eleven just down the road and a number of great food vendors right outside on the street as well.

Perfect place to stay if you would like the convenience of being within the old city, whilst being slightly removed from the overflows of tourists. Clean, comfy and the staff are all really lovely and welcoming. Great value.
