Exceptional”
Their staff were very accommodating and helpful, the location was in the quieter area, but very close to shops and sites, the rooms were clean and of good size, and we enjoyed the hotel bar a lot.

Very nice boutique hotel with friendly staff”
We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants and groceries around, and is close to the metro. Their toiletries are from Rituals, which is my favorite brand, so that’s a plus. The lobby was filled with artworks, and the terrace bar was really nice, you guys should check it out! The staff were really nice as well. Nothing bad to say about the place apart from the basic room might be too small for 2 people, so make sure to book the superior one if you’re 2 people.

Really nice hotel, fantastic location, so close to metro stops and in a lovely area! Would highly recommend, my only point of improvement would be if the pool was heated as we went in Autumn so that would have been nice.

Excellent location! ”
Travelled solo to Barcelona for a brief getaway. Stayed in a basic suite with all the amenities. The room was small with an awkward inner court facing window/door, however sufficient for one - would recommend the 'larger' street facing balcony suites for couples. In a fantastic part of the city: quiet, clean, safe and walkable to all major attractions. There also great eating options in l'eixample. Also near a metro station, but I found it faster to walk to my destinations! The room came with breakfast - a surprise as my Agoda booking specifically indicated no breakfast... - which was excellent! Full spread of hot and cold food. Would definitely stay here again (or another H10) if I returned to Barcelona.

H10 is located in one of the best streets in Barcelona, very quiet but plenty of restaurants and bars and few steps from Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluna, etc. also next to public transportation Rooms are OK also

Great hotel and room. Room has great set up and its comfortable bed and comforter all owed me to sleep through the night. Location is not too far off from Catalunya but yet in a quiet area. Thumbs up. Will stay in h10 anytime.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful district of Barcelona. It is very modern and the room is well equipped, they provide nice toiletries and other travel essentials. It was the start of our honey moon trip and the hotel treated us with a complimentary bottle of cava and some sweets.

Bad check in process”
Due to late check in at 6pm, the staff that checked me in, just reconfirm the number of nights that I am staying. However, did not reconfirm the room that I booked for (Superior Room). Therefore, my friend and I were cramped in a very small room (basic room) with 2 big luggages. So I did some investigation, to check whether was it my mistake that I booked the wrong type of room or did the staff gave me the wrong room and the result was the staff gave me the wrong room because their system reflected "basic room" and booked from booking.com. It might be my negligence that I didn't reconfirm the type of room upon checking in. However, the front desk staff that was handling the situation was bad as they protected hotel interest first till the mgmt level exec have to step in to handle it. Its btwn Agoda Platform which the Hotel has subscribed to advertise their hotel. Therefore, both parties settle this issue among themselves & guest priority is the utmost importance for hospitality trait.

New Stylish Chain Hotel”
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in the deluxe room with balcony from 4.1-8.1. 2018 after our 14 days cruise. The hotel is very new and modern. Our room is on the 4th floor with balcony facing back to the open courtyard of the hotel. Room is clean; bright and nicely decorated with coffee machine provided but not Kettle unless requested. I enjoyed sitting out in the balcony drinking the coffee from the machine with the Hotel biscuits provided daily. Hotel location is very convenience and many eateries around within walking distant.

Good choices in a quieter location ”
Booked basic room but upgraded on arrival to a room with balcony as natural daylight is important to me. The hotels is very conveniently located and away from main busy roads. Only negative remark is that the water in the pool was cold.

Nice and plain hotel but too pricey”
Our stay was nice however the children had a standard room which turned out to be small and no space for luggage. Cleaning staff had no english and were very slow in getting to clean the rooms on time and did not supply room with goods required such as soap/toilet paper we had to ask for it Reception staff are ok some better than others however improvement required when information is needed by travelers that had never been to Barcelona.

"Design" hotel in cool Eixample neighborhood”
We had a pleasant stay in this new hotel. The location is perfect, staff was very friendly,and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately the basic room is a Hong Kong-style room when it comes to size: it's small. The wall separating us from the hall wasn't brick/ concrete so we sound-insulation was zero (both ways). We didn't have a room near the elevator, but I'd strongly recommend to avoid that. The elevator has a loud voice telling you the floor you arrived on, the fact that it's opening the doors and that the doors are closing. Friends of us were right by the elevator and heard the voice throughout the night when people got out on their floor.
