Located in Madrid's cosmopolitan Gran Via district, H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel is a renovated building featuring unique architectural design from the early 20th century. The hotel is exceptionally situated overlooking the Plaza Cibeles and is only 50 meters away from the nearest metro station. The hotel restaurant serves appetizing Mediterranean and international dishes, and the bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring Madrid. The traditional Spanish breakfast of churros and chocolate is particularly good at Calle San Gines nearby. Centrally located alongside gastronomic offers make H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel a perfect choice when traveling to Madrid.

The hotel is a very nice boutique hotel, however it is quite expensive for what you get. There are limited facilities. The standard double room I booked was basically in internal room with only a window looking straight into a wall, and the window was so heavily frosted that you couldn’t see out anyway and let in little light. This seems to be the same or worse with all the double rooms from looking at the floor plan. I wasn’t expecting a city scape view but if the room doesn’t even have a proper view or natural light then I think they should highlight this in the room description..
Brand New Hotel”
This hotel was renovated only a few months ago and they have done an excellent job. The hotel is trendy but with a classic old world charm. We had the basic room and it was lovely (not large) but everything was well appointed. The bed was soft, the shower pounding hot and the room even had its own little espresso machine. The hotel is right down town and very close to the subway station, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.
Short Stay from Barcelona to Madrid”
Plus points - Really good design, sure to impress you. Very central location with plenty of good restaurants around. Really right smack in the central, walking distance to most places. Near to Metro as well if you look to go further like Santiago Bernabeu etc. Minus points - Hotel staff not exactly very warm or friendly and thus gives a rather bad first impression. Wifi connection can be unreliable. Low floors facing main road could be noisy at some nights - not so good for light sleepers.
Great location, good breakfast, beautiful inside”
It's almost perfect about everything for staying- great location around city center, beautifully designed interior and clean room, fancy breakfast, etc. One little complaint would be a small room size and beds that were sinked middle.
Excellent value for money for 5 star experience”
Very conveniently located at prime location. So close to metro. Great for shopping. Excellent service. Value for money. Just like a 5 star hotel. Very new room, carpet and everything. Fast wifi is free.
Good location but small room”
we've stayed in madrid for 2days and it was great to stay in h10 villa de la reina hotel. the only problem is that the room is so small, the rest was excellent. it locates in the centre of madrid where u can visit lots of place around. for those who love shopping, i suggest u to stay in this hotel because u only have to walk few mins to the shop
Wonderful location and nice breakfast”
as always i have to select the hotel, where is located in the city centre. it is so convenience for travelling here and there. this hotel is located right into the centre and close to the metro, shopping centres, restaurants, and so on. the lobby looks nice and staff who checked me in is very friendly. she is a girl and keeps smiling. the room is abit small but no complain as i did not stay in the room for long. internet is ok, not too fast but it is workable. breakfast is very good. there are lots of choices and many kind of fresh fruit. we can select a lot of choices of coffee that we like from the coffee machine. staff at the front desk in the morning shift is abit not care about our request. just say no immedaitely - this is the only one i think it is not pleased enough. by the way i will come back and stay here again because of the convenient.
Great place and location”
Really nice hotel in a perfect location. We were only in Madrid from 5 pm to 11 am for a layover and during that time, we easily walked around the entire downtown from the gate and art museums to the cathedral. This hotel was perfectly centered to make that all happen. Really nice welcome champagne and friendly staff. The rooms are small which I read in every review, so as long as you are fine with that, it is a perfect place to stay in Madrid.
H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel has a very friendly staff they welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine. The staff was really helpful in pointing out the various sights and places to dine. THe rooms are a bit small yet extremely clean and neat.
Okay stay at H10 Villa de La Reina Hotel. Room was not particularly big and a little dark. Wifi was working although signal was weak in my room. The main downside is that my room had windows facing an inner patio which didn't allow a lot of sunlight to come into the room, and I could not leave the windows open else someone else may come in. The price and location were good however.
We, my husband and me stayed 3 fantastic days and nights in Madrid and stayed at this nice hotel. We like to look around, and we like to walk and feel the atmosfeare. This hotel was Located in the middle of everything, and we didn't need Metro at all. Three days in Madrid is to short, but we will come back. This weekend there was a huge festival, rainbowfestival. About two millons people where in the streets and it was like a fairytail for us. No fighting, only party, and nice people. And we did not hear the noice from people, even though we had a room to the main street .We like the breakfast and the bed was very good. The staff talk english and answered our questions. The internet was slow. We will come back next time we are going to Madrid.
it was clean, room is big, located on the main street which is safe, walkable distance to SOL, good connection of wifi, the buffet breakfast was cheap (promotion 15euros for two), the only down side was the water pressure was not stable...
Superb good experience with H10”
A real high quality hotel. Just love the spacious room with high ceilings and modern decor. A good location where you can walk to major attractions within walking distance. This is also a best location for shoppers. Sure that I will revisit this hotel.
great value for money ”
My husband and I were very happy with this hotel. Public transport very accessible and very near shopping areas. It's quiet during the evening, and rooms very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Internet was a bit slow than I'm usually accustomed to so that could be a room for improvement for them but overall I'd be happy to stay there again.
Great location, nice room and breakfast”
It's a very good located hotel, you can find nearby everything, like good restaurants, bars, shops, cinema...etc. It's on the Gran Via, but it's not noisy at all. I would recommend it! Breakfast was also very nice!
Very convenient location, right in the heart of Gran Via. Hotel is very modern , lobby is spacious and modern designed. Rooms are little small but for what you pay to be in Gran Via, is very good value for money. Breakfast is good, buffet style with everything you will need to get you started for the day.
Lovely hotel, clean, friendly, highly recommended.”
My Wife and I are in our 30s, and stayed for 3 nights in May 2012. Our only concern was arriving mid afternoon on the scheduled day of arrvial and they had no knowledge of our booking. This did not present them with an issue and they were able to arrange a room after validating our booking and deposit and seeing our paperwork. Nto a reason to harshly judge the hotel in my view - mistakes happen. We were on the 5th floor, had a small but functional balcony looking down over the main road through Madrid, and had a great time. We have no complaints. Anytime time we asked for assistance such as extra towels or directions within the city, we were keenly assisted by the staff. We had breakfast within the hotel daily, which was organised an organised and civilised experience, clean, well stocked with continental and cooked breakfast choices, and throughly enjoyed this too. Thers's honestly nothing to critisize. We will certainly stay again when we return in a year or two.
Great location but small rooms”
It is very close to the Gran Via Metro station and very convenient. The room is modern and clean, but it is very small and didn't have any views with small windows. Especially it cannot hold our luggage overnight. We have to deposit our luggage in the train station which cost us for 20 euros.
very nice hotel”
very nice hotel in a good location on the main street, the only problem with the location was the fact that we didn't find parking. the staff is very polite and helpfull; they told us about the main attractions and even a nice flamenco show. the room was clean and quiet. breakfast buffet was good with a big variety of foods
Great Hotel, Great location, exceptional Value”
The location is within a ten minute walk or metro ride of most everything you'd want to see in Madrid. The hotel itself was warm and inviting, a charming old building but totally new and modern inside. As a medium sized hotel, it offered a sense of respite and intimacy in a large central city once you walked through the door into the inviting lobby. Friendly helpful staff, sleek modern comfortable room, superb breakfast buffet (included in my rate), free internet/computer use in lobby business center all made this a near steal at 82 Euros a night. I couldn't have been more pleased or satisfied and would recommend this hotel highly.
