One male staff member at the hotel seemed unenthusiastic on the phone and gave off a bad impression, but the other staff members were pleasant and accommodating. They allowed me to check in 15 minutes early and provided complimentary drinks and snacks (although the snacks were a bit humid) in the lobby/breakfast area from 3pm to 7pm, which could be used multiple times. I was also allowed to bring my own drinks to my room. The room itself was a spacious twin room, although the view was not great. However, they accommodated my request for a high floor and I enjoyed a cozy stay. The room had a large screen TV where I could watch Netflix and YouTube. I chose to stay in and relax in my room, buying snacks from the nearby Seven Eleven. I did not have breakfast at the hotel as I planned to eat a lot on the Asuka 2 cruise the next day. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Kobe Station on the Kobe Port side, behind a large building. It is a new hotel and I would like to stay there again with friends. There is no public bath, so I recommend bringing your own bath salts. The unit bath was spacious and very nice. I hope the hotel continues to provide excellent service and stays clean in the future!

The hotel location is just next to Kokura station. The hotel is comfortable, clean, easy to check-in and checkout by machine. You can do it by yourself if you can understand English or Japanese. The staff that can speak English was so friendly and helpful. This place is also value for money 💰 I stayed here many times during my visit to Kyushu Institute of Technology. Keep it up👍👍👍💪💪💪

The hotel was located along the railway tracks, so I think if we had stayed in a room on the opposite side, we could have seen the Shinkansen or express trains. If that were the case, since my child loves trains, I would have preferred to stay on that side. I would have been happy if we could have had the option to choose.

Good enough room for 1, walls were soundproof, door was less but it depends on whether people on your floor are noisy in the corridor. Appreciate the microwave in the room. The shower curtain was a bit mouldy near the top and at the creases but everything else was very clean with no stains or anything at all. There was no phone in the room, but I didn't find it necessary. Even if you don't request cleaning by placing a tag outside your door by 11am, you could ask the front desk for towels. The lady at the front desk with a nice smile was friendly and helpful, and could communicate in simple english. The location is extremely convenient next to Kokura station with a 711 directly opposite. Was a cozy stay, would recommend.

I'm attending a research collaboration at the university. Thus, because of the hotel location and I need to travel to university thus I have choosen this hotel. On the first day, the ladies at the front desk was very kind and polite. We received 2 access cards. But the second day, they took one access card. It's really irritated because I returned to the hotel late. sometimes my daughter went out thus I need to wait for my daughter to return or come down to get me up to the room because the elevator needs the access card!! This is really irritating!!!! The front desk staff (a male staff) isn't friendly. Difficult to communicate too. No cleaning service for 2 days even I have located the 'Please clean my room" at the door. Anyway, the hotel location is just next to Kokura Station. It's very convenient to travel. Even the train rails are at the back of the room, but the sound proof works well. Not that noisy. The room is clean 9/10.
