1.地點偏僻，但硬體設施新。 2.員工親切友善也細心。 3.格局一室一廳，空間很不錯。 4.早餐陽春款式不多，但是吃的飽。 5.渡假村部分還在施工，不影響住宿品質。 6.建議備好零食泡麵，晚上附近採買不方便。 7.無浴缸，有乾濕分離，有地下停車場。 8.娛樂設備需付費。 9.有一字型廚房調理台烘碗機，但蒸煮設備。 10.洗手乳很大罐很有誠意，沐浴用品是上山採藥。

環境安靜”

1.飯店很新，乾淨 2.地理位置比較偏僻，如果有宵夜需求，最好提前買回飯店享用，入住的房間有一房一廳，所以晚上吃宵夜很方便，有桌子跟沙發可以使用 3.房內無穿衣鏡或化妝台，對我們2個女生比較不方便 4.第一天約8:20下樓吃早餐，檯面上已經沒有甚麼食物可以取用，感覺工作人員積極性比較不夠，第一天用餐時，有看到工作人員先將小盤食物送進裡面給其他客人使用，然後再把剩下的放在外面給入住的房客取用，同行友人感覺這樣的早餐服務需要加強，第二天就放棄飯店早餐選擇到外面用餐 5.房內的水壓較小，但是可以接受的範圍內 6.附近環境很安靜，可以好好休息，很不錯

什麼都好就是隔音不佳”

房間新，應有的設施都有，一客廳一房間空間大很好利用。 但隔音效果不佳，晚上12點過後有其他人入住聲音很大，還有喊叫聲和喧鬧聲。跟櫃檯反應後聽得到他去按電鈴反應的聲音，但是對方還是狂歡到2,3點。一直有聲響所以睡眠品質不佳，約4點半就是另一批應該是要去看日出的人的集合吆喝喧鬧聲，整個無法安靜下來。 建議業主想辦法改善，不然入住滿房時應該不用睡了......

因著金門大橋通車了，我們帶著媽媽體驗金門風情，三天二夜的行程，喜歡金門的悠閒，尤其住宿的方便性，讓人好感動！ 因為行動上的不便使用輪椅代步，住宿很需要無障礙的空間，十美度假村是新的建築，也有雙人無障礙房，但因我們是三人，雙人房的空間也無法再加床，飯店工作人員主動提供協助，這份貼心叫人好感動！ 我們入住的時間是淡季，住客不多，所以早餐是專人採買，提供金門在地有名的餐食，第一天是金許園的牛肉捲餅、牛肉餡餅、葱油蛋餅；第二天是好吃的廣東粥、油條、蔬菜煎包，份量是早午餐全包了啦！一定要按讚的！ 飯店招待住客的小點心，是高梁蔓越莓雪餅，由飯店師父自己製做的手工私房雪餅，真是好吃，離開飯店時買一盒回家吃！ 謝謝飯店的接待，謝謝工作人員呂小姐的貼心！

影印身份證”

金門十美渡假村至今仍須實名制入住，而且會影印身分證留存，說會蓋章銷毀，但事實上並沒有在我們面前蓋章，有蓋章沒蓋章只有他們自己知道，這簡直就像以前我們去中國的入住方式，太落伍了，其實實名制只需查看身分證並登記就好，今天你影印了我的身分證才讓我入住，為什麼沒有在預定時就告知，直到辦理入住才說，這是不對的

有雙臥室，有客廳很棒”

1、有雙臥室，有客廳很棒，晚上可以和朋友在客廳聊聊天吃吃宵夜。 2、頂樓有點可惜 可以在用心規劃一下，晚上星星很多。 3、早餐如果可以新增 道地的金門早餐會更棒。 4、建議有開車的朋友入住，地方很偏。
