Best Hotel in Sapporo”
Being a first timer in Japan, me and my wife had the best holiday so far. We enjoyed Japan because of this hotel. The staff, hotel facade, maintenance, hotel design and room interior. Everything is perfect on this hotel. We're also fortunate that we stayed on the 12th floor and just outside our window view is the Sapporo TV Tower.

Good location near tanukikoji shopping street 1-2 chome and odori station exit 37. My room is clean and can see TV Tower, staffs is very helpful. My luggage may keep in hotel after check-out.

Nice stay and great value!”
Stayed for 3 nights. Nice and clean room, modern design, friendly staffs. Common area (working space) with free coffee& tea served on 2nd floor is very nice as well. The Eco project for stay over is great because I usually don't need cleaning and they just prepare everything and hang it on the door so you can still get fresh towels and coffee...etc.

Good boutique hotel”
The rooms are small which is common in Japan if you want to stay in the city centre but they are well kept & clean. Friendly staff & the breakfast bar serves simple but delicious & healthy breakfast. Stayed here for a total of 6 nights while in Sapporo & we loved it 👍🏽👍🏽

Beautiful Aesthetic but smelly bathrooms”
This hotel is beautiful. The decor room interiors are amazing and I loved it and is very clean. Breakfast was great too. more Japanese options than there are western options...if you care. Rooms are small. they only had king rooms left so we had to book two rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. very limited square footage. Some cons though: 1. as soon as we walked in, our bathroom smelled awful, the smell of public bathrooms, like old poop. We booked two rooms and both our rooms' bathrooms smelled this way. There is no fan in the bathroom to circulate air and the windows don't open so we were stuck with this smell for the few days we were there. 2. The rooms didn't come with bottled waters so we had to keep buying water from 7/11. not a big deal but all the hotels we stayed in before had them. 3. we asked if the front desk could call us a cab and they told us we had to hail one ourselves. again, not a big deal but all the hotels we stayed in Japan have always done that for us. Especially when you're a traveller and don't speak the language, it would've been helpful. other than that, I would still recommend it.

Good Location”
The location is strategic, nearby to the train station and eateries, LV shop, some tourices attractions as well. However, the room is pretty small. We going with 2 large luggage (both 26"), once we upen up the luggage, the corridor of the room is fully occupied. its like Hong Kong room space but slightly bigger only.

Right in the center of the city. Very convenient, near to oodari station. But must come out from Exit 37 if u are dragging luggage as there is a lift there.

Good location, just next to 狸小路 and 二條市場, few minutes walk to the Airport bus stop, they also help us to store our luggages, that helped us a lot, staffs are helpful as well!

Good location, new hotel design & spacious”
We love our stay in bespoke hotel, walking distance to many of attractions, popular restaurants (kani shogun, garaku, ramen yokocho & many more, located in heart of susukino most bustling area of sapporo. Hotel room was cosy, new, spacious & very clean. Also love their pyjamas too 😊

Came to town to warch the wrestling and was impressed. Staff let me practise my Japanese, but when i struggled were equally happy to help me in English. Very clean rooms and hotel. Very close to TanukiKoji, Odori Park ans Susukino.

Well-located business hotel”
Good price and great location! A good base for your time in Sapporo - we enjoyed the convenience of having the Nijo market, walking streets and underground mall link (a Godsent in winter!) just around the corner. We also enjoyed the eco initiatives the hotel offers, which takes out the daily room service in exchange for a lower rate! More hotels should do this, in my opinion.

Hotel with very good design but some areas need improvements”
I booked a room for family of 5 but was given 2 smaller rooms instead. Room lacks air purifier and air humidifier. Every else are very good.
