    1.有打電話跟櫃檯說從一般頻道切換到netflix聲音會變得非常大聲,櫃檯告知稍後再回電,但也沒有回電 2.入住時櫃檯詢問明天早餐要喝的飲料、中西式、吃早餐的準確時間,隔天準時下樓準備用餐時卻說餐點現做，等了快半小時才吃到，不太懂提前一天點餐的意義🥲 3.水果吃不完請服務員打包,但水果是直接零散的放在大紙盒裡，也沒有附上小叉子,品項也不方便用手拿，內有香蕉、奇異果…

    洽公中忙裡偷閒的休息好所在！”

    因為一早工作附近，在網路上搜索高評價的住宿，選到了這間很棒的民宿！下次有機會自助旅遊時一定會再來住看看，慢慢地體驗這邊一日悠閒的慢活步調。早餐很豐盛，吃完後很精神奕奕地展開一天的工作行程。同時他們也有獨立的餐廳和酒吧！洽公完後，決定還是回去整理資料順便放鬆一下，看著窗外陽光灑落，喝杯咖啡提提神，很棒的一次出差體驗！

    很棒的民宿”

    意外發現這間新開幕兩個月的民宿，地理位置太好旁邊就是大漢溪，離大溪老街也很近，只有六間房，每間都有河景，三人房以上更棒有陽台可賞河景喝咖啡，內裝一流，第一次住到有DYSON吹風機、BOSE藍芽音箱，甚至還有浴室暖風機也太豪華了吧，還有膠囊咖啡機可使用，唯一美中不足是浴室沒吊桿，毛巾找不到地方掛只好放椅背上。一切都好有機會會再入住

    用心的民宿”

    帶著兩歲的女兒一起入住，櫃檯很熱心的詢問有沒有需要嬰兒床之類的東西，餐點好吃，連女兒都吃得很開心，早餐還貼心的幫忙準備熱牛奶，服務真的不錯。設備都是新的，也很頂級，地點也算是鬧中取靜，算是值得推薦的一間民宿，會再回訪。

    最近新開的民宿,乾淨整潔,服務優,離老街走路10分鐘內會到,也離大溪橋很近,民宿有停車位,房間內設備高檔,感覺出老闆的用心,試營運期間有送下午茶,餐點也很好吃,民宿內餐廳晚上會變成酒吧,適合想喝點小酒不用擔心要開車問題的人.

    舒服的住宿環境”

    平常日去，住宿和周圍環境都很好，令人心情放鬆。早餐也很用心，咖啡很好喝，就算之後沒有去住宿也想去喝咖啡。 缺點如其他旅客所說的 隔音不是很好，門可能因為重的關係，關門聲很大。 總體來說可以感覺到經驗者的用心

    我們莊園在老街的下方，為每一位進來大溪的旅人都會經過的小地標。沿著莊園前的木棧道就可以抵達大溪橋與大溪老街 因莊園為早期老建築改建，有先天因素，隔音不盡理想，需要大家一起維護良好的住宿環境。謝謝您的包容!

    隔音極差”

    隔音非常差，整晚跟一大早都是隔壁的哭鬧吵雜聲。房間小、東西俱全整齊，但實在因為隔音沒辦法睡好，整體而言沒有五六千的價值，CP算很低，如果平常價位兩三千左右可以接受。

    親愛的旅人您好，謝謝您選擇我們民宿莊園成為您旅程的一部份!雙人房型為窗景房，大小約在6坪。三人房及四人房較為寬敞，附有景觀陽台，景緻別有一番風味!有機會也很歡迎你與旅伴再來大溪走走喔!

    該飯店我給予🌟🌟🌟三顆星 位置✅離附近多處景點皆方便，交通方便 餐點✅早餐精緻內容多樣，味道也不錯 價格✅費用合理，並無感覺高攀 清潔❌地板多處有先前房客毛髮，不知是不是床罩問題？同行家人皆全身發癢 隔音❌是我待過の住宿，最糟的一個…晚上🔟電話後也多次反應左右房客談話聲音及頂樓Bar的聲響給予櫃檯（服務人員也很🈶️經驗的詢問是否需要”耳塞”）

    親愛的貴賓您好，很抱歉讓您有不愉快的住宿經驗，房間清潔一直是我們致力維護的重點，當下有疑慮也請您告知我們櫃台人員，我們很樂意協助您! 因莊園為老式洋樓改建而成，會有一些先天的限制，隔音不盡人意，還需要旅人們一起維持良好的住宿環境。櫃台一直有提供耳塞的服務，因莊園位於大漢溪畔，泊泊水聲會讓比較敏感的旅人稍難入睡，有需求都可以跟櫃台人員索取! 謝謝您的包容與建議，都會使我們成長!也讓我們了解我們的不足之處!
