I love it. The location is very very comfort and easy for traveler. The MRT station is Nampo, Exit 2 , keep walking straight when you saw way 4 intersection that fish market at the left hand side >> turn right >> the hotel locate on the right hand side.

Minimalist design, great location, best value!”
I LOVE my stay here! The building looks super new, interior is well-designed, though room is a bit small. Awesome view of the city from the big window. Location is great; BIFF Square and Jagalchi market are in a walking distance (cons: fishy smell outside the hotel building), and lots of buses nearby so Busan Station and Gamcheon Village are just 20 minutes away. There's a 7-11 on the first floor. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Luggage storage is available for free. Best value for the price, will stay here again if i ever come back to Busan!

This hotel seems newly built. Location is great. Walking distance to Jagalchi market and BIFF square. Very close to Busan tower. Views from 16th floor are amazing. Extremely clean and comfortable. Staff is great too! No complaints at all.

The location was great! Right between Jalgachi Market and BIFF square. The hotel is right in front of underground shopping exit 6, which links to the subway station and has escalators which is great for big luggage. Provided all the necessary amenities and also walkable distance to a Lotte Mall nearby, which was also linked all the way through the underground shopping, a great rainy day destination. There is only 2 lifts so try to avoid peak timings like check-out timings

Few steps away from Jagalchi market and shopping area. The hotel is well maintained and have great facilities. Surprisingly the reception area is at the 2nd floor of the building but it was super instagrammable. The room is very spacious.

Just a 5 min walk to the fish market at BIFF. Clean and convenient with basic amenities provided. Walkable from Nampo metro station. Good for solo travellers and couples. Rooms might be a bit small for families with young children.

Room is spacious”
It was a pleasant stay as the room is pretty spacious. But the toilet flush is automatic and it didn't work well and I have to manually flush it sometimes. The automatic flush sensor is on the seat. The moment you stand up, the flush will start but sometimes it didn't work and I have to press the flush button a few times before the water flushed out. The water flush is also not very strong. In my personal opinion, the automatic flush doesn't add on any value to the stay. I rather it be a manual flush and get it done with. Haha... One thing I was surprised that there was a microwave oven in the room and I used it once. :) For bathroom has no differentiation of dry and wet areas and the drainage at the shower area is very slow. So sometimes it got flooded over to the wash basin and toilet bowl area during my bath which I find it too wet. It also takes time for the water to be drained off. The usual paper slippers that the hotel provided is also not comfortable to wear as it is too thin paper. So you may want to bring your own room slipper for comfort.; I would recommend this hotel as it is quite spacious and the location is also good. BIFF is nearby opposite the hotel. Another thing is I have written earlier to request for early check in 2 hours earlier (and I confirmed I will pay for the early check in) and the staff has confirmed for me via email. But when I arrived early, they said they are running full and can't let me check in early. I think they should have informed me in advance if they are running full occupancy. The planning doesn't seem good. If I had known that I cannot check in early, I wouldn't have booked an early train from Seoul to Busan. I could have arrive later. So I'm quite disappointed with this arrangement.

There are lots of food around the area, but note that the area does not operate till very late, many shops start to close around 9pm compared to areas like Seomyeon.

Griffin Bay Hotel, Busan”
The location is good, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the subway and bus stop, 7-11 is downstairs, and close to places like BIFF and Jalgachi. The room is slightly small, bumped onto the bed frame and got few bruises. There is no air con during winter, as the room is still slightly warm so we have to leave the windows open. The bathroom is also not separated into dry and wet area. Our room was well cleaned daily, with mineral water and basic toilet amenties replenished. There are also free washers for use. The staff can also communicate in simple English. Overall, still a good stay.

Great value. Nice, clean and new. There is a microwave in every room and also close to many nice food. Just opposite, there are many shops at the BIFF square area towards the Busan tower. Many nice street food as well.
