This time I stayed in a landscape triple room, and I am very satisfied with the hotel's service. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt that it was clean and tidy. The check-in counter was very special, located on the 20th floor. The lobby had large floor-to-ceiling windows, which were very beautiful. Before even reaching the counter, I wanted to walk closer to the window to see the city view. The check-in process was also simple and quick. Due to the holiday, we were asked to wait a bit for the room to be prepared, but they thoughtfully arranged for us to have a simple afternoon tea at the Western restaurant. They provided delicious cakes and juice for us to sit and rest. After everything was ready, the staff kindly took us to the room, introducing the facilities on each floor and the services available. The room was also equipped with complete supplies, cookies, snacks, drinking water, fruit juice, tea bags, etc. The cost performance was very high. The room also came with a box of handmade cookies, which was very delicate. The room had a view facing the Aozidi Park, and you could clearly see the city view. This time, the landscape room also allowed access to the 19th floor to use the Jingzhan Club. There, you can enjoy snacks, fruit salad, drinks, alcohol, and unlimited supply of tea bags and coffee. It is also a good place to chat and relax. For breakfast at the hotel, we chose to dine at the Western restaurant. There were many choices for the main course, such as steak, abalone porridge, honey toast, pot-burned noodles, hamburgers, fish fillets, etc., and you could order unlimited refills. There was also a simple salad bar to enjoy. The value for money was super high. After eating, we even solved lunch. It can be seen that the hotel is dedicated to providing customer service, not just randomly preparing a few dishes to serve guests because breakfast is included. They have a thoughtful design and a business philosophy that is not afraid of customers eating. During check-out, there were more people at peak times, so we had to wait a bit for the elevator, but the hotel staff still greeted us warmly and gave us small cookies as a gift to apologize. In this stay experience, I could really feel that the hotel staff are well-trained and have excellent execution efficiency. They are friendly without making people feel burdened. Based on the room rate I paid this time and the experience I had, I will definitely choose Shuijingzhan as my first choice for my next trip.

"Stay for our wedding anniversary."”
I saw a friend on Facebook share about this place, and last week happened to be my first wedding anniversary with my wife, so we came here to celebrate! As soon as we entered the hotel, we felt the warmth of the staff. The front desk staff personally took us to our room and gave us a brief introduction, which was a nice touch. The room facilities and space were really great, with electric curtains, a bathtub, a large bed, a small sofa, and even a welcome TV homepage and a bottle of red wine, which made us feel very special. In the evening, we went to the rooftop bar to enjoy cocktails under the stars, listening to the music and watching the swimming pool lights, which was very chill. The next morning, we had breakfast and chose the Western-style main course. Everything looked so delicious that we wanted to try them all. Although there weren't a lot of other options, I felt that each dish was carefully prepared and we were very full after eating. When we checked out, we gave feedback and the male front desk staff was handsome and friendly. He even asked if he could open the room to check if there was anything that could be improved. After reading our feedback, he gave us a practical little gift! Overall, the two-day, one-night experience was great! We plan to come back every year for our anniversary. 😂

Good place to rest for a night”
Traveled to Kaohsiung for a quick overnight trip. The staff at the hotel were excellent- provided free shuttle transfer from Zuoying HSR and was very accommodating to me when I realized that I made a mistake on my reservation dates. The room was clean with good amenities provided. We dined at the dim sum restaurant in the hotel which was delicious. The only room for improvement was the worn-out nightstand outlets and smokiness of the Executive Lounge. The breakfast is pretty insane (in a good way) and filled us up for the day. Overall, would recommend the H2O Hotel!

The best thing about this amazing hotel might be their commitment to providing the best service possible. We asked for an extra bed in our double room and they converted the large sofa into a single bed very effectively at no additional charge. Before our stay they reached out to arrange for a personal driver to shuttle us to and from the HSR station in an Alphard, at the beginning and end of our stay for free! Kids bathrobes and slippers really added to our experience, as did the delicious jar of almond cookies left in our room daily.
