Wonderful view from the room”

The hotel is quite old, but the view was realy good that 160 degree of ha long bay, also the staff were helpful and good!

Large room, good location but outdated”

We were recieved by a friendly staff but they couldn't take away the impression of a desolated hotel. Large room with view of the bay but the place needs to be renovated. Also the surroundings of the hotel is not as lively as one would expect. But hotel is ok if you take the price in consideration.

Ok to stay but not worth to stay for more than 2 nights at ha long bay. Because not much attractions unless u like water sport..

Hotel with great view”

Hotel is big and the room are huge. We did not feel the 'warmth'. All the phones are not working - can't even arrange for early call. Comfortable. Less than 2 km walk to tourist wharf to catch boat rides. Take a bus to Halong City is convenient, just outside the hotel. Only 1st and 2nd floor have wifi

Nothing spectacular”

This hotel is located on the main beachfront. The main Halong Bay hotel was full, so were made to stay at the adjoining hotel owned by the same company. It is called Halong Hanoi. The hotel hardly had any guests and was basic at best. Wifi did not work. We checked out at 12:10 PM (just 10 mins past checkout time) and the girl at the reception tried to charge us 30% extra. We just refused and she said it ws ok. Be careful.

the beach view is really nice”

stat in 3 floor. very nice view. Near all places. The front desk man is a kind friendly and helpful person.

Not bad choice accept to too noisy tourists from mainland China! Breakfast is pretty poor! It's difficult to find the hotel's entrance!

Old n gross hotel”

This hotel is only worth 2 star, they are more for cheap group tour, that booked this hotel in a package, if u walk in its very expensive not worth the money, the breakfast is bad, barely any choices, the hotel looks 30 years old and smell nasty, u can hear rats running in the ceiling. Bathroom are dated n bed is hard like a rock

Un hôtel de l ancien temps mais très bien place a 15 minutes a pied pour le port d embarquement sur la Baie d Along et 10 minutes du marche de nuit, petit restaurant familial et tout commerce. Le personnel très agréable et discret mais la clientèle principale son les Chinois venue du nord qui ont un gros soucie de savoir vivre et pense être dans leur champs et appelle leur collègue, claque les porte et cela a toute heures de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est a l Asiatique donc il faut un peut composer avec les restes que les chinois vous on laisser.

Das Hotel ist in die jahre gekommen,Renovierungsbedürftig. die Zimmer sind sehr gross und sauber.Guter Service an der Rezeption.Parkplatz muss zusätzlich gezahlt werden.Für Badefreunde die den Strand gegenüber nutzen wollen wird es eine Enttäuschung geben, sehr dreckig, unzumutbar.Das Frühstück im Hotel ist austeichend.
