Arrived in late at night to be grunted at by staff even thou they were notified of our late arrival. Then sent off in a taxi by the receptionist to the "border" only to be dropped in the middle of no where. Lucky for friendly villagers that brought us to the border on the bikes 3k away

this is a relatively large hotel at the base of sam mountain. it had the feel of somewhere that might be used for business or conferences.

reasonable price hotel with good service”
i am really satisfied with the price of this hotel compared to the victoria chau doc which is pretty old. the service is good, the room is clean and closed to the temple. very convenience location. however, we were just offered the instant noodle for the complimentary breakfast. anyway, i will stay here again if visitting chau doc for its good price and good location.

Deserted, in the middle of nowhere”
It was a long drive half way up mt sam to a hotel which was average at best. There were no other patrons there, which gave the place a very eerie feeling. The facilities were Ok, which means they were satisfactory for an overnight stay but would not want to stay any longer. Breakfast was very ordinary and the staff were courteous but not overly helpfull We stayed the night and moved on to HCM the next day.

The price of the room was in line with the room itself. It is 15 minutes with a taxi to the boat. Room was quit and clean. People were helpfull.

el personal fue encantador. atienden perfectamente cualquier solicitud que se les haga, estan pendientes de cualquier necesidad que tengas. las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. el mobiliario bastante nuevo. la cama es de tipo king-size. el buffet del desayuno muy completo, con un horario muy amplio para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.

Hotel feo, ostentoso y sin ningun encanto”
hotel espantoso, desagradable con todo el mal gusto que se pueda imaginar. Y a un precio desorbitado. Situado a la ladera de la montaña sìmbolo de Chau Doc resulta del todo inapropiado para disfrutar del ambiente de la localidad, dado que se encuentra a 4 kms, en una zona sin encanto alguno. Nada aconsejable en comparaciòn con otros situados cerca del puerto o en el centro. En recepciòn no hablan ingllès....no tienen internet....una calamidad diseñada con muy mal gusto.

Bình thường không có gì đặc sắc lắm, nhưng nói chung thì tạm được, đi chung với một nhóm bạn nhất là có thêm các bà thì sẽ vui hơn vì có dịp cho các ông nịnh vợ (đối với các bà các chị thì không có gì vui hơn là được mua sám thỏa thích các mặt hàng đơn giản với giá cả phải chăng tại các chợ biên giới.

Nói chung là bình thường vì mục đích của chuyến đi là đi lể Bà nhưng nhờ kết hợp đi mua sắm tại các chợ biên giới như Tà Mau, Tịnh Biên làm cho các bà vui lên rất nhiều âu cũng là dịp cho các ông được nịnh đầm góp phần tạo nên không khí vui vẻ cho các gia đình.
