The service here at this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfy. Pho for breakfast and watermelon 😍😋. I love it. If I come back visit vietnam I will be staying here.

Perfect over night stop near the airport”
As I wanted a hotel close to airport, this worked a treat. So Ha Noi Hotel was chosen. Great comms from the start were waiting for me at the airport, just what's app or email on arrival. It's a short trip from the airport and quick and easy check-in to the room. As I had a flight at 8 am, the room and shower did what I needed, and it was a quick breakfast, and I was saying goodbye. Good staff and very helpful

+ The staff very helpful and friendly. Room is clean with a large bathroom. The room is beautiful with a big window. - The bed for 2 people is quite small. The smell of room is not good: that is not a bad smell but it is strong smell. I have to open the door to reduce it.

The room was exactly like the photo. The big surprise was the bathroom, one of the newest and nicest I have encountered in awhile. Breakfast was limited to noodle soup that was individually made. I believe due to the virus situation. The staff was very accommodating. When I told them I did not want meat in my soup, they made it with an egg instead. Very thoughtful. Security was excellent. You could not use the elevator without your room pass card.

Staff was very professional. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and the mini bar had 2 bottles of water in it. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel had very hot water.

Near airport ”
I booked this hotel for its free airport transfer. But HCMC is a very active place & u can easily book grab to get to the airport without hassle. This location is further from the city. Room did not looked as advertised, it’s old now. The tables had dust on them and there’s stain on the sheets. Very kind & friendly staff tho

Room was noisy. Was supposed to be newly renovated but renovation was still going on when I was there. I arrived early in the morning at 6am and see if I could check in early. Was told no rooms available. When I said I am willing to pay a little extra considering it is only for a few more hours before check in, suddenly a room became available and charged me full price anyway. Unfortunately you can also hear street noises from the room. Breakfast was very basic. Apart from the two guys and the guy at the restaurant, rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a disappointing stay.
