Comfortable (but not extravagant)”
The Haadlad Prestige resort is a simple resort set at the end of Haad Salad beach. The beach is very quiet (which was just what I was looking for), so if you want nightlife you'll want to go somewhere else. The beach is very narrow, so if you're wanting to lay out on the sand, I also recommend somewhere else. However, the beach is very pretty and the bay that surrounds Haad Salad is great for swimming. The water is very calm and extraordinarily clear. The view of the surrounding hills from out in the bay is beautiful. The resort itself is pretty simple and basic, with much less attention to landscaping and aesthetic layout than some of the other resorts on Haad Salad. The rooms are very basic, but clean and quite large. The staff is very friendly and ready to help in anyway they can to make your stay more comfortable. There was a bit of a war for chairs around the pool most days (you needed to have your towel out there by 7:30 or 8), but on the last day of our stay they did bring some more chairs.

Picturesque and perfect”
this place was awesome. the grounds are white soft sand. the pool is nice. i didn't eat there until the last day as everyone online recommended the salad resort 2 hotels down. the food at haadlad was good too. great service too. this beach is perfect. peaceful and decent snorkeling and shell finding. i wouldn't stay at this beach if i was a single guy or girl looking to meet someone. it's all couples here.

What a fantastic place”
I went on a 3 week holiday around Thailand. I've been to Koh Phangan 3 times now and always end my holiday there. This year, I think I found a piece of paradise. The hotel staff always smiled, forgave my poor Thai language skills and made me feel welcome. The food was fantastic, the service also. The location was perfect... I wanted to find a hideaway, and found it. The local folk were friendly, even the local traders who didn't hassle me once in 5 days. A short walk along the beach brings you to a wide range of other restaurants/bars, and a short walk up the road out of the hotel brings you to a couple of shops, to cater for all the nick-nacks you may need, plus more bars and restaurants. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for Paradise. NOTE: This ISN'T party central... go elsewhere for hard partyin, i.e. south east.

nice hotel for the ''discount price'' with friendly staff. the room was comfortable with lots of storage for clothes and stuffs. the pool was awesome and the towels were included! the haad salad beach is beautiful with crystal clear water and good snorkling. however, you need to walk a little bit towards the middle of the beach to get beach sand because there is not much in front of the resort (not a big deal). the other resorts clean the beach every morning, so it is clean and nice. the only bad side is the restaurant which is very expensive compared to other resorts on this beach. everything is more expensive at the resort. thus, get the cheap room, enjoy the pool but buy food and stuffs elsewhere!

Good location, decent room”
overall a nice and relaxing stay. haad salad is about 40 minutes by car from haad rin, which was good. we could go to the wilder haad rin for the full moon christmas party but then come back to our peaceful resort without dealing with the madness. resort close to restaurants and bars -- can walk down beach or road to get to them. room was decent, nothing fancy, with a nice little deck, from which we could see part of the beach. front desk will loan out snorkeling equipment for free, but our masks were leaky, so i recommend going to pirate dives down the street and renting equipment for 24 hours. there was only one staff member at front desk at checkout time -- really need to have at least one more person there to deal with everyone trying to check out at the same time.

Haadlad Resort”
We stayed at Haadlad, and enjoyed our stay mostly in the pool and beach. The beach was very clean and clear so we could enjoy snorkeling (beautiful fish and amazing coral reefs). Pool was very clean and our small child enjoyed it so much. (But maybe too small for older children.) The sunset was very nice and made us so relaxing. Everything is very close just to enjoy the pool and beach, but access is far to get to other places. Going out to towns is difficult while travelling with a small child.

lovely in all ways”
stayed at Haadlad for a week and had an excellent time. Very nicely located at the end of the bay, so it's quiet & peaceful. The staff are amazing! Helpful in everything from tours, to suggested itineraries, to culture lessons. They have transport and will pick you up at the ferry building. No in room wifi, but they have a computer available in the lobby. Heard the massages were nice from a guest.

Good hotel for value”
This hotel is situated on Haad Rin (full moon party beach).... The room is clean but you have to be lucky not to have some noisy neighbors if you want to sleep well. The po is great and it's right by the beach...it's also walking distance from a small village where you have bars, restaurants, shops, and massage spa salon.... The breakfast is fine but the restaurant for dinner is not that good so I recommend to eat in some others places nearby... The staff was nice and helpful so I would really recommend this hotel for the price you pay.

Very good”
The staff at the resort was very sweet This goes an incredibly long way. The hotel is located directly on Haad Salad beach - the area is incredible.. extremely peaceful. Sadly we only wanted to stay one night when we had planned on staying 2 as, overall the resort is very rundown. The first room we were put in smelled awful, had blood on the sheets and had tons of bugs in the bathroom. After complaining the manager moved us to a better room (room 301) and this was the room closest to the water on the top floor, nice view, no bugs, no smell, cleaner overall. Again the management helped us in cancelling the 2nd night and were very accommodating. If you are looking for a cheap room on the water go for it, if you are looking for a "resort" this might not be for you.

Good but a high price in thailand”
In general we had a fab stay at prestige and the staff, beach and facilities were great. However, the villas were expensive and not really very good value for money for thailand standards. The showers needed a revamp and the jacuzzis didn't have plugs that worked so you had to ask the made to empty it every day which became a bit annoying. Sometimes it lacked a little atomsphere but could be brilliant with a few tweeks. I'd prob avoid the delux and superior rooms and go villa if you choose here but for £75 a night i'd prob go to: 1) Salad Hut 2) Salad Buri 3)Green papaya. These ones had a much more slicker & luxurious feel for the same if not lower price. We enjoyed our stays but were the only english speaking there as was a very german and french orientated resort with only french/german tv chanels and books & magazines which was a pity. Food was really poor sadly so we never tried the BBQ.

Paradise on the Full Moon Party Island”
i wish we had taken advantage of their pools! they had several of them! the views were amazing, the bungalows were very reasonably priced for how well kept and cute they were. had transportation to the full moon party, was close enough to the party beach (haad rin) but far enough from too much ruckus. quick with having our room prepared! early check in at noon a plus! only feedback would be it took over 30 minutes to have someone come to fix our toilet and they were smoking a cigarette when i opened the door. they left when i explained the situation and didn't fix my toilet

Great beach, amazing room”
Very happy with my stay here. Had a great view of the pool and sea. Got a great deal last minute too. Hat Salad is imho the best place to stay on Ko Pha Ngan. If you are looking to avoid Hat Rin and an want an amazing paradise beach this could be the place for you.

Nice hotel, quiet location, nice pool, no beach”
i went to koh panghang for the full moon party and also to enjoy the beach... haadlaad is not best hotel for those 2 objectives since it is a little far from the party and there is no beach (the water goes to high to make it possible to stay). that being said, haadlad is a very nice hotel with a great pool, a decent restaurant and a very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel in a quieter area of Koh Phangan”
This hotel is a nice, clean hotel near a sumptuous beach on the island of Koh Phangan. It's about 20-25 minutes drive from the pier so if you want to be near the action, you might want to choose a different location to stay at. However, we immensely enjoyed the beauty of the beach which is by the hotel, and the staff went the extra mile to help us, despite their poor knowledge of the English language.

Very Effecient”
We really enjoyed our stay at Prestige. All the staff were friendly and aimed to please. It was a quiet time to visit so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Great pool area, though for a lazy day on the beach we recommend further down. Our room was large and comfortable, which was the Superior Deluxe and was perfect for our needs, though the villas did look great.

Satisfactory stay”
It was our firs time staying on Koh Phangan and the island is beautiful, however, the location of this resort is secluded from any sort of nightlife. It is perfect for people who are just looking to relax by the sea. We found the food to be average at best and overpriced. Good food was found on the beach in close proximity with beautiful views of the sunset. I think we were mostly disappointed by how far the resort was from some of the more busy part of the island.

We enjoyed our stay at the prestige,the hotel is ideally located in the quieter area of Haad sallad,but close enough to jump in a taxi and go to haad rin if your after the nightlife of the island.The room service isnt the best as we stayed for 6 nights and they didnt actually change the sheets,they just re-made them.

I booked the hotel at 1 am in the morning via agoda to check in in the morning because I had a bad experience with the hotel that I was staying which I am not going to give any names here. anyways when I went to Haadad Prestige I was not expecting them to have my reservation information in the reception and I did not have my printed vaucher. anyways after sending my vaucher to their HQ they staight away granted an access to my room. Internet was not free which was quite annoying. Staff was friendly and very helpfull. I would stay in this hotel again for sure. good value for money. breakfast was not good.
