Great Place”
Pros: The location is great, never more than a dozen people on the beach at any one time. Good seimming and snorkeling when the tide is in. Minutes away from other beaches as well. Easy ride to fruit stands, 7/11 and 2 grocery stores on site. The staff is super friendly and keep the property very clean. Room ckeani ng daily. Everyone is very helpful and nice. Located next to 2 motorbike rental places. Cons: I read some bad review before coming and was concerned. However , in my experience I cannot afree with any of the complaints. I am staying here 3 weeks and would come back again. The only slight negative is the 2 grocery stores are over priced.

Beautiful location, amazing value!!”
Didn’t want to stay in the party area of Haad rin so decided on Haad Yao after some research. This hotel is PERFECTLY located alongside the beach. The rooms are large and spacious and excellent value for money. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights and stayed for 11 just because we loved waking up every day and laying by the beach on the loungers overlooking the sea and snorkelling. If you’re not looking to do much during your stay then this place is perfect for relaxation! It’s a short 10 minute work to local 7-11, Italian restaurant loccos (really nice) and a few other restaurants. Would highly recommend

Staff where amazing. Was a problem with my room at check in but they fixed it up with no hassles at all. Staff where amazing with my 2 and a half year old. Great location beautiful clean room. Would have loved to had more time there.

Great hotel”
Our initial room was awful. There was a dreadful smell, unclean bathroom and the aircon did not work. We were upgraded which was much better. Great room but bathroom vents meant mosquitos were able to get in. Out aircon was rubbish but others in the party was superb. The hotel was right in the beach and had it's own pool and Thai massage. The massage was one of the best. Hotel and rooms were clean and staff very helpful. The pool was good. The restaurant was excellent and cocktail menu varied. There was a BBQ available evry night and shops and motorbike and canoe hire on site. Would go back but only to superior room whose aircon worked!

The place itself is fab, good rooms, clean, balconies all lovely. Just keep in mind if you’re on the top floor you will have to walk all the way up and down (for anyone that might have a challenge with this).

First Holiday Ever ”
I'm 24 years old female and have stayed a few places in Koh Phangan now and I wanted to stay a few nights here to treat myself to a resort feel. I really enjoyed my stay, the house-keeping and amenities was kept to a high standard and the food and beverage is priced fairly. I definitely recommend! I stayed in a Deluxe Sea View w/ A/C. ***** 5 stars! :)

Well located, 2 min walk to Yao Beach”
When we arrived we had some struggle because we couldnt lock up our roomdoor. After 1-2 hours the problem was fixed. The room was very clean and Well priced for A/C and the Location. Staff was always very friendly but also a bit weird. Still would get a 100% back there!

Perfect place to relax ”
Nice Resort direct on the Beach, nice room, big swimming pool, free towels and sun beds, every evening Happy Hours sand good BBQ. Just to remark the breakfast some days wonderful buffet but some days there was no Buffet but just a small choice. Last day we had boat at 9 and didn’t get any breakfast because they start to serve only since 8AM.

Great location and great value for money. Staff very helpful. There was nothing wrong with our first room but we wanted one with a balcony. They said they would be able to do this the next day. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Fixtures a little tired but rooms are cleaned daily and location could not be better. Super value for money

We spent 4 nights here and loved it that much we decided to stay on another 3 nights. We stayed in a sea view balcony room and all I can say is that the view over the bay was absolutely amazing. All staff members, especially the young lady on reception were very friendly and attentive. Ignore any bad reviews, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel very welcome.
