I did 4 nights and got a lot of fun with the staff and guests in there. The receptionists are so nice. They are so friendly and helpful. One of them is Chinh who comes from the north of Vietnam. She is so cute. She found a medical store to buy the medicine for me when i got stomachache. Also she is very opened person and explained to me many things which are different among the Vietnamese culture from several areas. That made me felling not getting bored there. The other receptionist is Ngoc who always smiles with everybody. She gets much experience about somewhere to travell then she could recommend to my roommates to do. If you do not know the places to go, she could be a good guide for you mates. There is not only amazing with staff, also two rooms are so beautiful. The bath is so cleaning because it is cleaned everyday. Hope to visit there again in next time. Missing Dang Nang its beautiful city and Hachi hostel much!

Even better than expected”
Even better than expected!!! I stayed at the 8-bed dorm for three nights. Hachi is located at the city centre. It only takes about 10 minutes to BigC. The room is spacious and clean. The lockers are huge and fit big luggages. The breakfast is outstanding. The staff ask me what I want for breakfast every night. They offer almost ten choices. It makes me feel like home. They are just like the butlers. The staff always have a smile on their faces. They are always there to offer help. Since I stayed at Hachi on the new year eve. When I woke up, the staff gave me a new year gift. OMG!!!!!! They are so sweet!!!!!! ItI had to take the train to hue in the same morning. I had to go before the breakfast time. The staff brought a takeaway for me. All these little things make me touched. The Hachi team is so nice. Staying at Hachi was my best experience in Vietnam. Overall, good value for price. Highly recommend Hachi to travellers.

I stayed at Hachi Hostel for 4 nights. Had wonderful time to speak with awesome and funny staffs. This place is superb for the price!!! Spotless clean and the air con is fantastic. Breakfast is very good (baguette, banana, coffee or tea). Also you can get free flow coffee and tea for all day long. That is some thing that you can't get anywhere else. Linens, pillow and the mattress are just nice. Can't give enough A++ for this hostel. I will definitely come back if have another chance to visit the beautiful city

This is a small hostel (2 floor, no elavator), but the other guests and staff were very friendly. Ngoc was extremely knowledgable and nice. She sometimes had 2 or 3 people asking for directions or recommendations at one time, and she helped everyone. The wifi was strong (but would not work with my VPN). Good aircon. Easy to get a taxi right out front or they'll call one for you. Taxi fare was 22.000 Dong to Singh Tourist. Also walkable in 20 minutes. Breakfast on 1st day was just bread and jam and fruit. 2nd day was baguette with egg. Instant coffee. Clean room and bathroom. No individual outlet in dorm, had to charge on a table in the room. The room was large and had HUGE lockers that fit my super sized suitcase no problem! Walk to Happy Heart Cafe and Souvenir Cafe in 15 minutes.

The staff are AMAZING: so friendly and helpful. They let me take a shower even though it was way too early to check in, and when I left, they gave me a motorbike ride to the train because I was running late. Lots of helpful information posted as well. Beds are comfortable, with convenient outlets. Breakfast is delicious. Bathroom is clean and has soap and shampoo (though no towels provided which is OK). My only gripe is that motorbike rentals and laundry are overpriced. This is an excellent hostel with the BEST staff :)

Nice little hostel”
Had a one night stopover in the 4 bed room which was perfectly nice. Shared bathroom was clean- locker was big and hostel felt safe. The staff was super lovely and friendly. Not a lot to see, do, eat in the surrounding area but didnt affect me just staying one night. Super close to the bus stop for Hoi An which was handy.

Stayed for one night before going to Hoi An. Location is good with short walking distance to the train station and less than 5 min to the bus stop to Hoi An. Many good information are available and placed on the notice board, such as how much to pay for the bus ride, direction to the bus stop, good cafe or restaurant nearby, tour packages can be easily arranged as well.

Staff were very helpful and lovely. I had a last minute change of plans and ended up leaving before staying the night but these guys were very understanding and let me go without charging me for the night! Place itself is really good too. Nice lounge were it's easy to meet people and two dorms with lots of space.

The staff here are amazing! One of the staff had a birthday and they shared quite a bit of food with us. They can also help book tours and give great advice about the city. Place is clean and the shower has its own stall!

The bed were confortable but the room and bathrooms we’re dirty. They told us they served breakfast but it was only coffee (no choice, no tea). We asked them in advance if we could come earlier to leave our luggages before checking in, the answer was « yes of course » but at the end they tried to charged us two nights as we only stayed one! The woman wasn’t nice and even a little bit agressive and they don’t speak English contrary to what they say ont their presentation. Don’t go there, they are scammers.
