My whole family enjoyed our whole stay. Everything is perfect for us.. The staffs are very kind, friendly and accommodating. The place is so nice with large pool. Hotel rooms are very clean and well maintained. We will surely come back to this place. Thank you so much Hacienda Galea for a very memorable moment.

Rooms 106 with pool view. This is rooms is so disappointed. The sink in the bathroom are not good. The water flows from shower going to the room.

Poor Water Supply”
Poor water supply inside the unit :-( the water heater will not activate because the water is weak, i told it to the front desk , they told me that some staff will check on it, sadly there is no one to show up :-( i have a video to prove it.

This place you could tell used to be really really nice but because of Covid and I’m not making any money they’ve cut back on everything starting with staff it has a beautiful pool but does it look like it’s being taken care of the way it should be they lie on here when it says there’s Wi-Fi in every room there are modems there but they’re not being paid for right now if you want Wi-Fi you need to go to the front lobby every time you want to connect and use it there we called them around 5 PM because you couldn’t look online it said it was full so we called them directly they said they had a room and we said we were going to eat dinner and then we would be there this was at 5 PM after we ate we were on our way to the hotel not even five minutes away we got a phone call asked if we were still coming we said why are you calling we just told you we were on our way after we ate. The manager made the front desk call us anyway because they lock the place down at nine I said yes but it’s only 6 PM I feel like you’re treating me like I have a curfew and I’m 16 years old the management sucks their . The staff was really great though breakfast was really good everything else is OK there

It was good for kida because they're not very picky as long as there's a pool. Pool was great depth for 8-10 yrs olds and clean. Room was okay but needs upgrade.

Everything was okay, except for the bathroom”
The prices were affordable, I like our simple rooms and the ACU were working fine, the staff were all accommodating and nice to us. The pools were nice and clean. Except for the bathroom, it was clogged and smelly. They should really work on their bathrooms. No hooks or whatsoever, nothing to put on your stuff and towels. Imagine being flooded and nothing to put your stuff to hang on to.

The place has its unique charm, location is not so hard to find. Food is okay, ample parking, room is clean and spacious only downside is restroom is not well maintained but can be improved.

The staff was nice and accommodating to our needs, and the facilities were okay. Our only issue during our stay was that the room had insects (mosquitos and roaches). We had to ask for insecticide from housekeeping to get rid of these insects before going to bed.

-The location is very accessible and Easy to find -people were accommodating -thought that other reviews were exaggerrating about cleanliness,but somehow true,for us from metromanila who were used to maynilad water ,their watersupply smells different -our rooom is good, -pool, is not well maintained,pool floor is not made of tiles (just painted cement,thats why it is somewhat slippery) -small t.v,water heater is not working
