The upkeep and cleanliness is really not up to standards for what you pay for. A lot of items were broken or not working in the room. Very good location and friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were great, clean, comfortable beds, good wifi. Everything was marvelous. Luis Chan gave us a tour of the Hacienda property and the old Hacienda. We really enjoyed the tour, it was an excellent tour and he is SO personable and considerate. We liked the fact that you could walk to the Uxmal ruins in about 5 minutes. It was really handy for the night show at the ruins. We were able to park our motorcycle under the shade cover for the entrance and felt it was very safe and secure there. The restaurant had good food at fairly reasonable prices. The restaurant staff was very attentive. All in all, we had a wonderful experience staying here.

Beautiful Old Hacianda”
The overall experience is good, the hotel is beautiful and full with history as well as lovely atmosphere of hacienda. Room is nice and beautiful. However the food is not delicious compared to other mayaland group hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel”
This is a beautiful hotel only a 5 minute walk from Uxmal. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms have a glass roof from which you can see the birds. Everything has been specially designed with a Mayan theme, very tastefully done A bottle of water costs $3 and there was no hot water, reception said it takes 10-15minutes for the water to get hot, the water isn't that cold so its not a big issue. If you have your own transport you can drive to Muna 16km away for supplies

Todo un acierto para ver el espectaculo de luz y sonido y terminar en el restaurante del hotel. Las habitaciones amplias y suficientemente limpias. Todo en un ambiente muy relajado. El parking para el coche seguro y la atención del personal del hotel a destacar por su amabilidad y ganas de hacer las cosas naturales y bien.

N étant pas complet le manager nous a détourné sur leur second site ( à 300m) d un luxe remarquable. Situé à 100 de l entrée du magnifique site d Uxmal ns avons pu bénéficier d une prestation hors du commun. Les lodges, dans un cadre verdoyants, sont spacieux et charmant. Superbe endroit”
un endroit parfait pour une pause agéable sur la route du site de uxmal. un petit avre de paix, nous avons logé dans une des suites à l'étage (jfk) un régal, superbe chambre très spacieuse avec magnifique salle de bain. une superbe piscine pour prendre un bon bain avant de repartir plus loin.

excellent accueil du personnel. les chambres sont spacieuses, propres avec une gde salle de bains. sur la terrasse était installée des rocking chair, pour une relation bien méritée avec la visite du site situé à proximité de l'hotel, on peut s'y rendre à pied. le petit déjeuner est correct. nous recommandons.

ウシュマル遺跡にも歩いて行け、静かなホテルです。夕食・朝食もおいしかった。プールも大きいし敷地が大きいのでゆったりした気分に浸れます。
