Make sure to ask for a quiet room
We requested a quiet room and not too high up. Our room on the second floor was spacious and clean, had ample closet space and hangers, super cold AC. We were lucky to get parking in the compound. Being a Sunday the kitchen was closed which was too bad because we would've enjoyed trying items on the menu on a rainy night! We had a problem with our neighbors who were from out of town attending a wedding; their mid-day preparations and late night arrivals were announced through their open door and loud voices. We asked the front desk for assistance and even after my husband had to come out and spoken with them, the only quiet we got was when they left. In the morning we heard repairs going on outside our door.

Generally good hotel.
Big room for a cheap price. Great food at affordable price. Good location but not so nice surroundings. Vehicle parking is a problem.

The Haeinsa Condotel is the best price in Quezon City and its the center from any location in the cities. Can't expect much for the value of the daily rate but it will be nice if I don't have to ask for the new towels, paper tissue every other day. I only request one time to clean up my room but I have to ask three times before it finally got done. The staff is helpful along with the security guard but you need to be patient because it seems that it has a short staff or might be busy because it took a while before I finally get the service I requested(like changing the trash bag, make up the room), the thing I don't like about my room doesn't have the landline phone. I understand the new technology but not everyone has a cell phone. Overall the place is okay, it is helpful to have the front desk duty after 5pm! The parking place is very limited if you need to park your rental car or your own transportation.

No aircon
Location was nice and room is spacious but aircondition was not working properly so we ended up using electricfan the whole night, bed is a little bit hard. Food they are serving was good and with a reasonable price.
