The value for money is good, and the location is also good. However, the price seems to fluctuate! I cancelled my initial reservation for a lower price when I searched later. If I hadn't searched, I would have stayed at a higher price. The room was very comfortable as they upgraded it for free, and I enjoyed the city view. Check-in and check-out were also easy, and it was very convenient to buy things or move around as there were convenience stores and subway stations nearby. The bathroom cleaning condition (especially the bathtub) was not very clean, but it may be because it was an old bathroom. However, the soap and shampoo scent (aloe?) may be very polarizing. My companion liked it, but I didn't. It may be a matter of personal preference. I want to check the price and use this hotel again next time. Overall, I am very satisfied!

The hotel was quiet and nice. The view was good if you only looked at the front, as the view from below was not great. However, the bathroom door was stiff and when I locked it from the inside, it remained locked when I tried to open it again. I had to call the staff to unlock it on the first day. To lock the bathroom, you have to turn the handle firmly. By the way, I used the bathroom without locking it, even though I said I was going to use it. I requested a refill of hand sanitizer, which I thought was used to clean the dispenser, but it was promptly refilled as it had run out. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation and many amenities, which was great. However, I was disappointed that there was no park nearby for a morning walk, but I may have just not found it. Overall, it was a satisfying accommodation.

Great for families”
The family suite was excellent for our family of 4 (2 young kids), we were even surprised to find a foldable laundry rack. The air conditioner was great in maintaining a comfortable temperature in the cold December weather. The hot water was abundant to provide a comfortable shower. Note that the ventilator has to be kept off else it gets too cold even with the hot water, as the toilets are not heated. Special mention about the service of the staff who ensured we had clean towels and bottled water even when we did not want housekeeping. The proximity to Shinsegae and also the subway station coupled with the value of the room makes it a great base for families. Only downside is it is 50min from Jagalchi area. On the flip side, there is Haeundae Beach nearby.

had an amazing stay here in Busan. We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. Room was fitted with a kitchenette and an island table which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel laundry room had sufficient coin laundry machines and a microwave. The hotel’s Location was convenient with subway stations nearby and the largest department store. Would recommend this hotel 5/5

Glad to book this hotel very near the Shinsegae Mall & Lotte Mall. Train station within 2-3 minutes walk . Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. We were upgraded to a premier family room as it was the only available room with 2 beds. It has a big refrigerator and bathroom has bathtub. Though I wish they put bidet in the toilet too. Some rooms have bidet as i learn from one of our group mates that their room has bidet in their toilet . Cleaning staff friendly and are quick to clean room. No disposable slippers, only reusable ones which are sterilised. Before we check out, they sent notice that effective Mar 29,2024, they won’t be giving out disposable toiletries ( toothbrush, comb, shower caps, cotton buds), you’ll have to buy these at the reception. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand wash will still be provided. Free bottled water, coffee & tea daily . The Haeundae Centum Hotel also has a coin operated laundry room at the 11th floor. Thankful for the friendly reception staffs who are very quick to check us in and check out was a breeze too.
