1. Due to natural disasters or deteriorating weather, the operating schedule and time may change, and may open later or close earlier based on the judgment of safety personnel and site conditions on the day.
2. This pool ticket is a one-time use and must be purchased again when re-entering after exiting once. (Tickets can be purchased at the front desk on the 6th floor)
3. If you wish to purchase additional tickets, KRW20,000 for adults and children (free admission under 48 months/certificate required)
4. There are no shower facilities or changing rooms.
5. Must wear swimwear and swimming caps (caps are allowed instead of swimming caps/general T-shirts and shorts are not allowed)
6. For safety reasons, children cannot enter alone without a guardian.
7. Admission may be restricted if the pool exceeds the standard number of people.
8. Tickets cannot be reissued if lost after purchase.
9. Life jacket rental available on a first-come, first-served basis

●Parking: Basement B1~B6 (Free parking for 1 car per room / KRW20,000 per additional car paid on site for additional parking)
Vehicles taller than 2m cannot be parked. If you visit the hotel with a vehicle taller than 2m, you will be responsible for arranging a parking lot and paying parking fees.

I have stayed in this hotel twice already this year and it does not disappoint. The location is great, and my room has a view of the beach this time. Rooms are huge, the staff are friendly and accommodating and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!

Uncomfortable Elevator and Toilet ”
I stayed to this hotel with my husband last Saturday. We cannot see the elevator so I called the front desk and the operator mentioned that we have to take the elevator until 4th floor and transfer to another elevator going to the front desk (6th floor). Also, the lady staff in the front desk was too slow to check in all the travelers. I can't understand why it took a long time for her to finish checking-in the travels (maybe she is a new staff) It took me 30 minutes to wait on the line while the other desk was faster. The room was clean but the toilet's floor was too slippery and the bidet suddenly gets hot so it was uncomfortable to sit. At night it was too noisy since we stayed on the 7th floor Ocean View. My husband complained and asked to double check the windows if were closed. He can hear the cars and motorcycles passing by. Lastly, the pillows were too low so I called the front desk and requested for another pillow. Good thing this hotel is in front of Haundae beach and market. There are coffee shops and restaurants also everywhere.

Good hotel with convinient location”
Everything was ok for the price. View was great. Just that was surprised to find out that there was no air conditioning at night from 2200 to 09:00 . Aircon becomes heater as hotel claims it's due to cold weather. However room was stuffy like sauna,was better after turning off the heater .There was only a small window which I could open. They provided a fan which did help a little but room was still stuffy.

Having to take two elevators was a trouble but it was located in a good location. spacious, better for group travelers, booked for an ocean view, but there was an error so got a different room.

This hotel's location is great as the beach is right across the street, yet the facility is aging with terrible spring mattress that pokes your body as you turn over. Great location with value but be aware of the down side!

Good location but bathroom and amenities are lacking”
Stay here is reasonably priced considering the good location, right in front of Haeundae Beach. But you will realize that they kept prices low by cutting down on amenities and facilities. The shower has no doors or curtains so water sprays out and the toilet leaks. Only one small tube of shampoo and soap is provided for 3 people who were staying for 2 nights. You have to pay to get more amenities.

Decadent hotel ”
I love Busan and every year I come to Busan to stay around 4-5 days trip and I decided to stay in several different hotels around the Haeundae area and definitely this hotel is not a good option. Good point. Location .. Is amazing the location. Garage - is really good. Cleanliness - it's way bellow average. I cannot tell about the other rooms.. But my room the bathroom was horrible with molds on the floor and walls. The funky smell.. Probably is from the plastic automatic Bide.. The washing machine wasn't working , the amenities such as sandals.. Totally ripped I had to ask for a new one. Overall I would rate this hotel residence as 2 stars. This is my honest and personal opinion. Hope others had better luck in different rooms.

Location is like a maze”
Firstly, the hotel checked in is at 6th floor. To be able to get there you will need to change 2 lifts and go though 2 front desk which are not your hotel. When checked in the rooms are big. With beds not as comfortable as those 3star hotels. You don't get plates and utensils. These are not provided. The microwave is woreable. You need to get them out form the cupboard and plug in. 2 cups are provided each room. Where I booked for 4 pax. Water also provided only 2. overally experience is not a good hotel. It's cleaning is fairly done. Looks like a old apartment concerted to hotel.

Low Quality Below Expectations”
This hotel is centrally located and the ocean view was awesome…that is primarily what you are paying for. The room was outdated and the beds were terrible. It was like sleeping on wire springs. My room had a non-functional kitchen area and there were no cooking items or dining ware. The cups were dingy and dirty. The bathroom was incased in glass with a plastic barefoot tub. The tub, the bathroom seat was so outdated and old that it had turned yellow. I could not wait to leave. With all of that being said; you are only paying for the view.

Location good Staff are so rude , Room smell like Indian curry house although Is pretty big with even a laundry machine There is a pool but very small , and you need to pay to enter even you re the hotel guest
