Hotel is clean and the location is convenient to everywhere. Near to good restaurants, beach, Han market, Night market, air port, you name it. All tours will pick you up from hotel as it is in city centre. The river view is super nice too. Staffs are friendly and helpful but not fluent in English. Breakfast is ok.

We only stayed a couple nights and are glad we chose this one! The location was great and room had views of the dragon bridge! Also very walkable to wherever you need to go. The rooms were all very clean ans the hotel was very modern/contemporary. The pool and upstairs bar had amazing views if the city !

This is another Hotel we stayed at that had great views of the Dragon bridge. Buffet breakfast was good offering many different delicious foods. The locations was easy to walk the city. I come from hospitality background and therefore am quite picky and expect certain levels of service, Haian absolutely exceeded my expectation! The level of service here is 5 star for sure. The Front Office Manager, anh Tan Si, was so kind and attentive. We were accommodated an early checkin and he assisted us in finding the best local restaurants to eat at (handwritten list too!) Everyone from the receptionists to the bellmen are always smiling and greeting us. The room is so clean and new! 2night stay here, free upgrade of 1night to river view as i have accidentally separated the booking of 2nights. Towel is in good smell. Nice room deco. Can view the dragon bridge and river directly, over here i played time lapse photography, fast forwarding 20mins video shoot to 15s, seeing color change fast. Buffet Breakfast was nice with alot of variety, very close to dragon bridge, 15mins walking distance to son tra night market and see fire and water spray from dragon head. Few mins to church and han market. Can walk to muzeum also. But the cafe under hotel with nice deco. But it was expensive, mocha ice blended was small portion and stil can feel small ice pcs @65k. Overall this hotel service. Breakfast and location are good

Stay here was nice. We stayed here 2 separate times and each stay was good. Our first stay had the river front window and the room was a good size. Enough for two. The second was with no view. Room was a little musty but good for a quick night stay. I got a massage at the hotel and it was great!! I’d highly recommend it.

Our stay at Haian Riverfront Hotel exceeded our expectations. The view of the dragon bridge from our room, pool, and rooftop bar were unmatched. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
