Chinese experience, please!”
We were looking forward to “local chinese food’ and got none...I think that we have a communication problem- our dinner was not what expected and vegetable dishes were served with meat which was not indicated in menu. “Grilled chicken with tea lives” was baked dry without flavor. In the tea country we were served LIPTON tea bag - no promotion of local food including tea - I had to ask and was told: but you have to pay...We were not expected to get it for free! I am sure that being only European tourist didn’t help and the chef was trying his best. Breakfast was very good! For the future might be a good idea to have an English app in the mobile phone (best option)of staff member and take under consideration ‘western eating habits’ means: minimum fat, No MSG, sugar and less corn starch in dishes. Compose a ‘local menu’ with vegetarian option. Staff members were super and very helpful.
Large rooms but bad smell in hallways”
I booked this hotel becuase I thought it was right on the lake - well its not - 3 kms and hard to get a taxi out. Rooms were ok size wise but not very atmospheric. Breakfast is all Asian - no options for westerners.
Hardware OK, service not so”
the hotel was located in a picturisc area in the south of west lake, quiet surroundings, and quite near to LongJing village, if you come for tea, it's the right place.

龍井村に茶葉を購入する為、こちらに１泊しました。（龍井村までタクシーで ５分弱）また、西湖から少し離れたところにあるので、のんびり杭州を楽しみたい方にもお薦めです。部屋はとても広くて、清潔感があります。スタッフも非常に親切。３歳の長女が、朝食で何も食べてくれなかったので、チャーハンを持ち帰りたいと話すと、タッパに入れてくれました。 難点は一つのみ。ホテルを知っているタクシーの運転手が少ない！です。清河坊から夕食後ホテルに戻る時、何度もタクシーの運転手に乗車拒否されました。

我是要躲避苏州初五凌晨的放鞭炮 才来杭州西湖的 就想安静的睡一晚 另外带了父母和侄女 因为父母年纪大了 今后也难得过来 想请她们看看杭州 酒店在满觉陇 以前来过但没出过酒店 这地方很干净 清爽 以后还来
卫生间糟糕”
酒店卫浴太老，热水太热冷水太冷，四星太抬举了。设施陈旧，不到1米的孩子也要收早餐费，菜色少，杭州限行单双号，不知情的旅客开进市区不能免罚单。杭州太教条了，柔性政策都没有，不好玩，不好玩。以后不来了，公交也跟不上，景区六点后就没公车了。
环境清幽的安静酒店”
坐落于龙井山下，好不容易找到的这样一个安静的酒店，依山而建，环境确实很不错，晚上围着酒店转一圈，喝点茶，很是惬意，适合不喜欢喧闹的朋友们。

住在这里才真正有度假的感觉，它在半山腰上，空气特别好。房间很大很干净，服务也不错，早饭丰盛，周边很多喝茶的地方，身处其中让人很放松写意。我和老公都很喜欢这次旅行，以后带着小朋友再来

Haihua Manlong Resort雖不靠近湖邊,但擁有寬闊的園景,櫃台幫忙叫計程車也算方便,共有八個住宿樓區,範圍很大,早餐供應非常豐富,很適合會議使用,可惜衛浴空間品質較差,有待加強,還好前廳部經理Mr.Miao提供的服務體貼細膩,令人印象深刻,為酒店加分不少~~
