The hotel is connected to terminal 1, if you arrive in terminal 2 at haikou airport, you can get a free shuttle bus outside T2 at platform 3 to T1. T1 is connected to the main mailan outlet and the hotel is at the first floor. There is signs on the floor and walls but it’s still abit hard to find on your first arrival. It’s best to take a photo of the hotel name, and any staff in the outlet will know where it is and guide you to the first floor. Room size are decent at the hotel, everything was cleaned and comfortable. Only down side is that the walls are alittle bit thin, I could hear next door foot steps if they walked. But it was just a night layover so it was okay.
This airport hotel is walking distance from terminal 1, a short free shuttle bus ride from terminal 2. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus direct to terminal 2 with a timetable that can be found at the front desk. The hotel was large and clean, but my room did smell of cigarettes. The staff did not speak much English but were happy to communicate via google translate. One staff member was particularly helpful in ensuring I got the right shuttle bus to terminal 2. Affordable for a large room, I also enjoyed the hotel restaurant for dinner.
This hotel room was of the highest standard at an excellent price. My one comment on an improvement is that the website should advertise prominently where the free bus labelled with the Hotels own name leaves from outside Terminal 2, and how frequent this service is.
I stayed overnight in preparation for an early morning departure the next day. The place is spacious with many guest rooms. The shower room has shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There are essentials like toothbrushes and combs provided. The room is comfortable and spacious enough to open my suitcase. Although it is an airport hotel, the front desk staff spoke only Chinese, so I had to use a translation app to communicate with them.

It seems that many people use hotels close to Haikou Airport in Korea, especially since flights often arrive in the early morning. Koreans usually disembark at Terminal 2, but instead of taking the bus to T1 and walking, you can take the bus that goes directly to the hotel if you go a little further from the T1 bus stop. Airport staff and shop employees usually advise you to go to T1 and walk, but perhaps they are unaware of the direct hotel bus that operates 24 hours. Once you arrive at the hotel, there was a personal mistake on my part, but the staff kindly addressed it. However, a downside is that they only speak Chinese, so be sure to bring a translator, and it's essential to prepare Alipay for your trip to China, and everyone will appreciate it. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was great.
