Very rustic + badic but great food and location
Pro: location right in the rice fields with great views of Mount rinjani, food was fabulous too. Cons: rooms are very rustic and basic with limited water at times and no fans which meant it was hot. They have new lumbungs which I would recommend and would have upgraded too but they wanted more to upgrade than the actual advertised price so I felt like we might be being taken advantage of as the boss wasn't there. Sort out these issues and I'd recommend as different prices definitely given to people.

            Great value for money!
Super Restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Different categories of accommodation. We stayed in one kg the cheapest bungalows - very basic, but good value for the money. We very much enjoyed our stay!

            Great place
We spent 3 superb days in Tetebatu, staying at Hakiki Inn. It has the perfect location, with a view above ricefields and mount rinjani! The owner is super-friendly and has a cool "djungle-car" with which he brought us to our next destination at the seaside.

            Incredible location and helpful staff
You couldn't ask for a more peaceful setting the pictures don't do it justice. If your looking for the true Indonesia within a small village and stunning scenery. Look no further. Really good choice of foods and all cooked and prepared individually yum 😋 we swopped from two small bungalows to the two bed bungalow, lots of space and super comfy beds. The views sitting on the porch are breathtaking especially in the morning. We also hired a guide for the day to take us through the rice fields up to a lovely waterfall for a much needed cool off dip. Visiting tiny villages and up into monkey forest, stopping for lunch in a small restaurant with again fantastic food and very friendly staff. We had the pleasure of having the 3 owners dogs come along with us, Betty is a little star. We had use of a hire car so visited a few more local and traditional villages. The owner also runs private tours in his 4x4.

            Incradible views!
The view from my bungalow was amazing: rice fields and Rinjani! I had a hammock on my balcony and naps were great and quiet! The staff is kind and always ready to help! On top of all this: the food is DELICIOUS and mostly from their garden! Try the Jackfruit Curry or Gado-Gado, its totally worth it!

            Amazing homestay!
Without question the most beautiful homestay in our trip so far. Located between rice fields. Must see if you thinking about going totebatu!

Great staff but muezzins need some volume control
            Staff, food and location
It was great, but could do with a bit of a scrub. There is a guide called Ariss who was very knowledgeable and a decent bloke. The food is the best in Lombok. Only issue is the muezzins competing at 4:00am. Take ear plugs!!

            Relaxed paradise
setting, view, friendly staff, good food
This impressive place was the best we stayed at our 4 weeks trip to Bali and Lombok - full of atmosphere in the middle of the rice fields with direct view of Mt. Agung. Each bungalow is different, depending size and comfort but all recommended. When we stayed there, a brand new Sasak style bungalow was waiting for its first guests. You can either hang out and read on the comfy cushions in the pavillons, make nice walks in the craftsmen villages in the area or even have a highly recommended guided day-long excursion with Abul through rice fields, monkey forests and waterfalls. He tells you all about life and nature in Tetebatu. It is worth staying there a couple of days. Good food, no moskitos (in August), cool nights.
