2D1N stay in Oct2021”

The location is good, there's ample choices for food within walking distance. There's even a Jaya Grocer nearby for everything you need. Free parking space in middle of square. If you're using a parking space in front of shoplot, remember to get parking coupon or download MBJB app. There's frequent visit by police, I learnt it the hard way. Covid-19 SOPs were still strict, the karaoke center was not open during my stay. The room is pleasant and clean. Bed is very comfy. There's electric kettle for your morning hot drink. Plus for me that hair dryer is provided. WiFi (Unifi) was cut off shortly during the night, but it got back very soon. My neighbor was noisy whole night, listening/watching movie and talking on the phone loudly. Check-in/check-out is very smooth. Staff is friendly.

Location is good. Many cafes around us. Easy to travel around. The room and bed are comfortable. However, if not very sound-proof from room to room and there's no fridge. Overall, everything is good and i will return again!!

I would say the management really care for customer's need and comfort i will give thumbs up to the hako hotel team and i will come back again to stay here.My mom was very happy as well as me too. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and professional too when i check in for first time i forgot to ask her name i check in on 30 May 2020 evening please give my thumbs up to her.I was very impressed with this hotel.Their range equal to 5 star hotel very very comfort hotel.Thank you so much.

At the heart of Mt Austin”

Right where you want to be in Mt Austin with all the happening pubs, restaurant, bbt shops and karaokes within a stone throw. One of the newest and cleanest hotel you can find in this location. Good to bring ear plugs to block out the noise from the nearby bars and karaoke (which the hotel can't control) but everything else such as service and cleanliness is superb. Free flow snack and drinks at the lobby which is a good touch. Beautiful decoration, definitely photo-worthy. Sink is located outside the toilet/shower cubicle, no complain on that. Will return the next time we visit the area.

Awesome and convenient place ”

Room was extremely clean, spacious and bright. The bed was huge and comfy. Convenient as there are all the bubble tea and food places around the area. Ktv and hotpot is located above, however the sound couldn’t really be heard. All in all, this is a definitely a good choice to stay at if you are visiting the area!

Very nice hotel for those who love modern style hotel design”

Room are nicely design with modern furniture etc. Staff are kind to us and just love the environment. However the downside for us is the television provided in the room only show Chinese movie/drama. Didn't have option for English movie or others. But still worth the price. 👍👍👍

Good Environement”

It's worth value of money. Kinda cheap but the overall feels is good. Only issue is the Water pressure a bit low and not heat enough during the night. Location pretty good, right in the city Mount Austin. all kind of Food & Beverage within walking distance.

Got upgraded to king room bc front desk staff mentioned the room was under maintenance. So had a huge room for myself. Hotel interior is amazing, but my guess is the air con broke down as you couldnt really feel anything walking towards the room. But the room aircon made up for it. Overall, pleasant stay, would highly recommend this location to (solo) travelers. Definitely safe and enjoyable.

Great choice to stay over in JB”

The main plus point is location. It is situated amidst great eateries and family entertainment outlets. The price is very reasonable for a tourist class hotel, considering that towels and toiletteries are provided. The room is keep neat and tidy. Housekeeping effort can improve by spending another 5mins dusting off the bedside panel and fixtures. Good quality sleep as the pillows and mattresses are of good quality. Sound proofing is ok to keep the KTV singing away.
