Pros: good value for money for a short-term stay, clean, comfortable, location surrounded by many food options, quick and easy check-in and out, friendly staff, complimentary coffee, biscuits, and water station were a nice touch. I requested for a quiet room which they accommodated; was given a room away from the main street, thanks very much. Cons: walls are not soundproof which may be an issue for light sleepers, parking can be quite limited during the day as it's in a commercial area and uses an hourly coupon system implemented by the local council. Faint smell of cigarettes along the corridors but was alright inside the room.

Nice environment and staff (very friendly and helpfull). I came for work with my friend. Easy to access to restaurants and city. Near to convenient store and the hotel were clean and very neat. The ambiance and decoration were great. everything about this hotel is good. If you come in small group, please choose this Hako Hotel.

This hotel is worth every penny! It is clean, hotel is near to many food area including family mart & 7e, there is free coffee provided at the lobby, kind gestures from the staff, walk distance to Mac Donald.

There are many shops and eateries around the hotel. The room is clean and simple, with surprisingly providing amenities such as toothbrush, etc. Value for money and exceed my expectations for a 2-star hotel

Have been stayed for 3 nights. Everything is good. Clean room, friendly staffs, a lot of fine food around, near with shopping mall (tasek plaza just located in front of the hotel). I would say the only is bad soundproof as you can hear the sound of other hotel guests easily. However, overall is still value for money.

The room was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel thoughtfully provided bottled water, toiletries, and even packet tissues! One suggestion would be to provide a mini-fridge so guests can store chilled drinks. There is a 7-Eleven directly opposite, and several restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. However, as we were facing the road, we could hear the songs from the nearby bar at night, but that didn’t last too long. Incredible value for the price and would definitely return again!

Actually we love staying at this hotel... v ni e and cosy. But an incident happened on 24th dec at 4.11am. Someone tried to open our door for quite sometime until I shout at the person then they stopped. I do not know who it is but gave us a shock. We did not tell the reception as we were behind our schedule and come back v tired...

Toilet sharp shelf”
I bang my head to the shampoo shelves after using the toilet. Its not practical to install sharp glass shelf for a small bathroom. And limited tv channel too. Plus point, Couple of convenient store within walking distance from the hotel. Family Mart, 7-11.

The room is quite spacious, the bed is comfortable. The surroundings are filled with restaurants so finding food is not a problem. The con is the parking space whereby there are no private parking spaces for hotel guests and the television channel are limited, and in my case, I only got one channel. The rest is fine. Recommended.
