The hotel is located near Lake Ashi, and walking distance to Moto-Hakone bus station. Check-in time at 3pm, but you can leave your luggage at the villa. The restaurant is at the ground floor, while my lake view twin room is on the 4th floor (no lift). Owner Suzuki-san emailed beforehand to confirm my reservation and I was glad that they could provide vegan breakfast for my mum. The room is spacious and comes with kitchenette facility. Room amenities are more than adequate. Western breakfast is served in your room and in big portion. Staff could speak decent English.

2度目の宿泊です。 1度目の宿泊で、スタッフさんの対応とお部屋の素敵さで、とても感動いたしまして、箱根に行く時の宿泊は絶対にこちらで!と、思うほど、ヴィッラビザンさんはお気に入りお宿となりました。 立地も芦ノ湖の目の前という事もあり、レイクビューのお部屋からは窓からは芦ノ湖が眺望でき、箱根に来ている感が堪能できます。 マウントビューのお部屋からは芦ノ湖は見えませんが、その眺望がなくても、要所要所がウッド調の温かみのあるお部屋が心を満たしてくれます。 今回も前回同様、到着時間が遅くなってしまったにもかかわらず、嫌な顔１つせず、とても温かく迎えてくださり、しかも、滞在時間が短い事を気にかけてくださり、お気遣いまでしてくださった事、とても嬉しかったと同時に、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 お部屋もお食事もスタッフさんも、全てに温かみを感じる。そんなお宿です。 このコロナ禍で気持ちが沈みがちな毎日でしたが、ヴィラビザンさんのスタッフさん達の温かさに触れ、素敵なお部屋に滞在でき、心身共にリフレッシュできました。 心からありがとうございました。 箱根を訪れる時は、また伺いたいと思います。 気持ちは、目指せ、お部屋全制覇!です(笑)

娘との2人での一は旅行で旅行しました。 お料理の口コミが良かったので、朝、夕食も予約。　夕食は6000円のコースでした。アミューズからデザートまでの全てが美味しく、驚くばかり。シェフの腕とスタッフの方々の気持ちの良い接客、今回の旅行の1番の思い出です。　こちらのホテルを予約するなら、絶対に朝夕食付きがおススメですよ！ お部屋も拘り抜いたウッド調で、ホテルというより別荘のようなゆったりした空間でした。他のホテルにはないヴィンテージ家具で揃えられた落ち着きのあるお部屋で帰るのを惜しむほどでした。 また是非利用させていただきます！

ジビエ料理を楽しむプチホテル”

たまたま元旦に予約ができ、初めて宿泊しました。ﾚｲｸﾋﾞﾕｰのお部屋はﾘﾋﾞﾝｸとｷｯﾁﾝがあって別荘のようにゆったりできました。 併設レストランでいただいたお肉料理は美味しく、ゆったりお酒を飲みながらお食事するのに良いです。ｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸは夕食時に選ぶことが出来て嬉しかったです。忙しいｼｪﾌが仕事の手を止めて話しかけてくださったり、外国人の女性ｽﾀｯﾌが一所懸命で好感持ちました。また行きたいです。

初めて宿泊しました。今まで色んな場所に泊まりましたが、景色も部屋も食事も最高でした！お部屋はホテルというよりもコテージみたいな感じで連泊したいと思えるような雰囲気、設備でした。目の前が湖なので朝から散歩するのもちょうどいい感じ✨ 特に食事がおいしいです。別途でコースを頼みますが頼む価値あります！得にジビエ料理がおすすめです。こんなにおいしいジビエ料理食べたことないです！苦手な方も頼んでみてほしいです。 また箱根行く時は絶対ここにします！

箱根神社徒歩5分の足回りの良いロケーションです。目の前からスワンに乗れます。 部屋の内装もアンティークかつ洗練されていてとても良い雰囲気でした。 エレベーターがないのが残念。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。 また滞在してみたいと思います。

部屋はアパートをホテル向けに改装した感じのホテルです。清潔で問題ないレベルです、隣の音も気になりません、ただ、1Fのレストランは最高に美味しいですね、5000円のディナーコースにフルーツワインを頼みましたが大満足です。
