The Room itself was clean and large was a nice change from the smaller rooms in the Japan Cities.

Absolutely Brilliant”
The main reason we booked here was for the location and the location was great. Restaurants and bars all within a short walk from reception. In fact, we highly recommend eating in the in-house restaurant - we dined there twice of the 7 night stay. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional customer service. A standing ovation goes to Charles and Sachi who are the managers of the complex. The property is only a 3 minute walk from the bus terminal and a call to the hotel and a driver will take you to your stay. Thank you to Vincent who greeted is with a smile on arrival. They have a lovely onsen on-site and we highly recommend you start your morning with a warm soak and end the night the same way. I found the steam room also very pleasant. Whether your a couple or a family, I would highly recommend this hotel. If your Japanese language is poor, no need to worry, all their staff are fluent in English. I am definitely staying here next year for the above reasons. 😁🙋♂️🙋❤

Rooms are relatively large (for Japan). Nice and clean indoors onsen, standard buffet breakfast. Staff is nice and speaks good english. Walking distance to the ski slopes and car park in front of the hotel makes it convenient,
