I was traveling from JHB to DBN and only arrived in Durban midnight and the establishment was closed, we failed to gain access, I had to book another hotel at a additional cost.

This hotel was dirty,their showers were dirty, and I asked for double bed but I got single bed. I booked for night , unfortunately I arrived in the morning due to my transport, I get there at 4,and reception was empty I stayed down stairs until 1 security came at 4:45 ,but he couldn't help because he said the hotel staff is sleeping they will wake up at 6, he said I must wait,at 5:50 security went upstairs to wake them up, but that woman was shouting saying she is sleeping,she said security must tell client if they arrive at night that they sleeping and they will wake up at 7

The whole building is not hotel, only rooms in first floor. Bathroom and toilet is shared. So don't expect much. No breakfast. Price is reasonable

The hotel was clean and quiet. The guy staff was helpful and supportive and cleaner also was kindful. Building is old building and located in city center so can not expect any nice views. But the hotel is near the beach (walking distance about 15mins) and can visit nearer fancy restaurants by Uber (5-10mins) Just wish if add more

I had initially booked for one night but the assistance i got from Pamela at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. The facilities were great and proximity to the beach front very ideal... Looking forward to my next visit
