My stay was good until their wireless internet access was lost for unknown reasons no one seems to know what was the problem I actually had to go to the lobby to be able to log on to the internet. Other than that the hotel offers a good value for your money the staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean

Newly developed area”

The hotel is very new; so new that quite a number of facilities are still under renovation. The hotel is located at a newly developing area, and is surrounded by construction sites. Choice of restaurants nearby is limited and you have to travel to the town centre for more catering option and the night market Basic services, such as money exchange, local tours, are not provided at the hotel. Staff are all very nice, cheerful and helpful.

Abandoned and deserted”

This hotel seemed to be located in in the middle of nowhere, the spa was closed, the restaurants empty and the hotel felt abandoned and deserted. The staff was not helpful, our room smelled quite intensely of smoke. We checked out a couple of days early and left Halong.

Live Band music continue till midnight. It's noisy”

They put me automatically non-smoking room. (I'm smoker) There are Live music restaurant at ground floor. There sound too noisy to even 9th floor. Receptionist language ability (English) is poor.

Well decorated interior hotel”

Staff is a little unresponsive or slow in response on request. Room is clean and nice. Breakfast is normal.

The Sales Manager were helpful in the booking of tours however the operation staffs (front desk) wasn't friendly nor approach and speak limited english. They were more concern of the group check in then my check in.

Excelente y hermoso hotel, si bién la ubicación es un poco alejado del puerto donde se sale a la bahia, de todas maneras la caminata es linda ya que se observa toda la bahia. El servicio de desayuno y restaurant es muy bueno, con variedad y cantidad abundante. Lo único era que el personal habla poco inglés.

비싸긴 하지만 수영장도 좋고 조식도 괜챃고 에어컨도 괜찮음, 숙소도 깔끔함 직원은 친절한것 같지만 영어 잘 못알아 들음.. 밤에 나가서 놀 곳이 없음. 저녁먹을만한 곳도 좀 없어서 그냥 호텔 레스토랑에서 저녁먹음. 생각보다 엄청 좋은 마사지샵이 바로 앞에 있어서 좋음. 그냥 25만동? 그거하면 좋음

Hotel baru tanpa pemandangan”

kami ke halong pada februari 2012. sebenarnya kurang tepat waktunya karena masih musim dingin di sana. dan memang, suhu 11 derajat celcius membuat kami menggigil. hotel yang kami tempati masih baru dan terletak di lokasi yang baru dikembangkan. kami memilih di hotel ini karena baru dan cukup terjangkau. namun apabila kembali ke halong, kami tidak akan mengambil hotel tersebut lagi, lebih memilih menginap di kapal. fasilitas hotel cukup mewah dan pelayanannya baik. mereka cukup surprise mendapat tamu muslim yang menuntut makanan halal di sana. saat makan pagi, chef hotel mendampingi kami untuk memilih makanan yang bisa dimakan walaupun kemampuan bahasa inggrisnya terbatas. hanoi dan halong terlihat belum terlalu siap dalam menerima tamu luar negeri karena bahasa inggris mereka terbatas. yang menarik, di belakang hotel terdapat pasar tradisional yang kami kunjungi dan persis seperti pasar2 tradisional di indonesia, becek dan ramai.
