Very convenient”
I have been to Seoul more than 30 times and usually book this place because of its location. It is right in front of Itaewon station, very convenient in city center, good access from airport and easy to move around. The room is clean and has free and fast Wifi. They used to have Korean Sauna at B1F but now the size is smaller, I still enjoy it though. Their staff is there 24/7 and helpful, they speak English and Japanese too. Money exchange is also available at the reception. One comment I should make is the noise from the neighbors, since Itaewon is a "night town" in Seoul, there are many people at clubs, pubs, etc. around this hotel and it could be loud (even in the hotel room) especially Friday and Saturday night. Single travelers or young couple should be fine but it might be not suitable for the family with young children. Also in summer they have small swimming pool at 5F and many, many people from outside of the hotel visit, so the elevator could be crowded sometimes.

Perfect location, nice large modern rooms, great value”
Hamilton Hotel is in a perfect location in Seoul in the heart of vibrant Itaewon. There is a subway station at the entrance. It's cheap and convenient to take the train from the airport to Itaewon station and the hotel is immediately in front of either exit 1 or 2. Check-in was fast, easy, and front desk staff speaks perfect English. My room and the entire floor looks freshly renovated. My room was large with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. Even though it's very near the Itaewon clubs, my room was totally quiet. The last time I stayed at this hotel was 10 years ago. I mostly liked it then, but the rooms were not nearly as nice as the newly renovated rooms I just experienced on this trip. I love this hotel and will stay there again on future visits to Seoul.

The Heart of Itaewon”
This hotel is so conveniently and beautifully place that it's an excellent place to stay, for any type of person. The rooms have great views of the Itaewon neighbourhood, and if you get the right room, a breathtaking view of the Namsan Tower. Wow! This place is a hotel, a mall, meeting spot and just an amazing hub of international vibrance. I would highly recommend this place. I know I'll be staying here on my next visit!

Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff hotel. There is also a Tourist Information Counter right in front of the hotel. Foods are easily found nearby. Its right in front of the Itaewon train station

A good place to stay especially for muslim travellers because of the wide variety of halal options available and most of them are in one road and just about 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Behind the hotel there are a lot of bars and lounges so it is quite loud at night but so far we didnt have much problem sleeping

Pros. 1. Accessible to great dining and night life behind hotel 2. Accessible to subway 🚇 n front of hotel 3. Clean rooms and very kind staff especially maid service. Cons 1. Room main light control was troublesome for two nights but was fixed right away 2. Bathroom sink leaked water a little bit On the floor but was tolerable 3. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors next door when trying to sleep Good overall stay and still recommend this hotel to my friends. I will stay here again next time.

Very Nice Hotel”
The hotel is great. We didn’t go to restaurant or use anything other services other than the room, but everything looked very classy and clean. My only complaint was they did not turn the AC on yet. Which I thought was silly, but they did provide a floor fan during our stay.

Best location. Clean room with good amenities and what a great view of the city and comfy bed! We were there on a weeknight and with current Covid curfew, which had a very quiet night. Staff was really nice, too. We will definitely book with them again if we go up to Itaewon.
