The place was not as clean as expected because they do charge additional fee for cleaning. It is not included in the total price of your stay. We have two infants started to crawl, they were all over the place. I thought the floor was clean but it was very dirty, as if it was never be cleaned for ages. Despite the cleanliness overall the location was good, it was near to station, supermarket, malls. Kitchen is with fare equipments for basic cooking, but you may need to buy your own oil seasoning etc. Lastly the staircase was very narrow and slightly dangerous. If you have a baby on one hand and trying to balance holding the handrails, you have to be very very careful.

덴노지역에서 거리가 조금 있는 편이지만 걸어가는데 크게 무리는 없습니다. 데라다초 역을 이용하면 접근성이 더 좋은 편입니다. 침대나 물품, 조명등 숙소 시설이 매우 좋은 편입니다. 다만, 화장실이 1개 여서 단체로 움직이는 경우 준비시간이 길어질수 있는 점은 감안해야합니다. 1인당 배스타월과 핸드 타월 1개씩 준비되어있습니다. 2층은 파티공간으로 넓은 편이고 해먹과 2명이 쓸수있는 소파배드, 접이식 싱글베드, 프로젝터와 스피커로 홈씨어터가 설치되어있습니다. 3층은 3개공간으로 분리되어 더블베드, 슈퍼싱글, 3개의 싱글 배드가 있어서 6~7인이 사용할 수 있는 침실로 이루어져있습니다. 저희 일행은 8명이었지만, 2~3개 그룹으로 나눠서 움직였기 때문에 화장실에 병목이 살짝있었던것 빼고는 불편없이 사용할 수 있었습니다. 같은 건물에 밤시간엔 아마도 일행들만 있기 때문에 다른 숙소들보다 조금은 편하게 파티를 할 수 있습니다. 부엌시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 낮에 관광 다니다가 저녁에 숙소에 모여서 한잔하고 이야기 하는 등 단체 여행을 고려하면 매우 좋은 숙소라고 생각됩니다.
