Great Hotel, Hassle Free with minimal service ”

The location's great! Love the fact that we get free transportation with the i-Trolley to travel along International Drive. This is our second International Drive hotel, the first one, Econo Lodge, International Drive pales in comparison to this one, go for Hampton Inn and Suites for better value for money and faster service! We checked into the hotel with no hassle, the friendly staff let us into our room which was ready, much earlier than the designated check-in time! Check-out was hassle free too! One con is that there isn't any bell service but you can borrow a luggage trolley/cart up to your room. We had six luggages and they can all fit into the luggage trolley with no problem. Breakfast was fun where you get to pour the mix and make your own pancake. Quite a spread of choices at the buffet too. We were only there for one night so nothing much to complain about the food! Not sure if they have variety for a whole week or not.

Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel”

We always stay at Hampton Inns becasue they are consistent heads above the other chains . I also gain pts for staying there. they are always clean and they have wonderful sheets and pillows, so why would I ever want to stay anywhere else? I also recommend them to anybody that is driving down to Florida to see us from the northeast.....we are going to Savannah on Tuesday and have already made our reservation at a Hampton

Pleasant stay with friendly staff”

No complaints. As part of the Hilton group the hotel standard was of a high standard. We were there to visit Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The distance to Disneyworld was a little far away (approximately 30 minutes drive) and the hotel only provided 1 shuttle to and from the place at quite early hours. Insufficient to see the fireworks at Disney at the end of the day. The cab ride back cost USD60 inclusive of tips. Universal however was only ten minutes away and the shuttle times were quite reliable. It was an easy place to find and we had no issues ordering food delivery (the hotel didn't seem to provide room service, or maybe we couldn't find the menu).

Great Hotel Great Price”

This hotel was centrally located to all the theme parks and the shopping outlets. Breakfast was terrific and staff were very friendly. Rooms are a decent size and clean, lots of things to do around the hotel including mini golf and adventure rides. Would Definitely revisit this hotel.

Excellent Hotel with easy parking”

We intended to stay only three nights but extended our stay to seven as it was easy to use as a base... We were more than happy with the quality of the room, and found the front of house staff always helpful. For us the quality of the mattress is all in important and we found the bed extremely comfortable..We did feel that one thing that could be added was the bathroom lacked shower gel, or bath gel...it was equiped with shampoo/conditioner/soap, and moisturiser... We left feeling that if we return during the next two years we not hesitate to return here

Extremely clean with very spacious rooms. The only negative i encountered was the noise from the highway. Ask for a room on the other side of the building.
