After a long day of travel what you want is a nice quite room to sleep in. Especially when you specifically state a quite room, far away from the elevators, mechanical rooms, ice makers, candy/cola machines, etc and the hotel books you the room that is right next to the elevators. Back to Back. Unfortunately, I was not only worn out but also had picked up a bad holiday cold and I did not realize it until after my wife and I had unpacked, bathed and ready ourselves for the bed. But the moment I laid my head down on the pillow I immediately heard the humming/rumble of the elevators running up and down. Fortunately, the hotel was not full and I was assigned another room after wasting a much needed hour of sleep before the early morning flight. But what the heck? Why would you put me next to the elevator when I had specifically stated I did not want a room next to the elevators and there were many rooms available far away from noise. Quote the raven "NEVERMORE".

Perfect for a one night stay”
Within shouting distance of SeaTac airport, this hotel provides the efficiency and comfort for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Rooms are smart and clean, the staff courteous.

Great for overnight stay close to airport”
shuttle to airport and nearby restaurants, free wifi, free breakfast
I stayed overnight to get to the airport again the next morning. They provide a shuttle every half-hour during the morning to the airport and there are other shuttles to take you to local restaurants. The location is great if airport proximity is your concern (not for sightseeing). The room was clean and spacious, everything in order; a hot breakfast is offered though I don't eat breakfast so I didn't take advantage. Wifi is complimentary and the signal was decent enough to stream a video. I had noisy neighbors but that wasn't anything they could control... the only thing I would have liked better is if the wifi was a more secure connection (it's unsecured, no password required). But I had a very nice stay and the staff were all helpful and polite.

Great hotel near the airport”
comfortable room, free shuttle, nice amenities
With a free shuttle to and from the airport, it's an easy ride to the hotel. However, be careful as there are two Hampton Inns close to one another and it can be easy to mix up the shuttles, as I did. However, the driver took good care of me anyway. I rented a king suite because that was all they had available at the time, but it was a very nice and large room. Great TV, free wifi, small kitchenette, and more. I didn't have the free breakfast buffet this time, but on my last stay here I did and it is nice and plentiful! I recommend this hotel highly.

Free shuttle to airport, free wi-fi, free breakfast buffet
I was only on an overnight stay but liked that they checked me in early. Their breakfast buffet was great with a huge variety of choices. Had a problem with power going out, moved to another room, and it happened again! They eventually got the problem fixed. Room was big, clean, and comfortable.

Best Hotel in SEATAC...so far”
Location, new rooms, quiet, friendly staff.
I visit Seattle quite often and prefer to spend the last night close to the airport. I have so far tried quite a few hotels and not found any that were very good. Based on reviews online I decided to try out Hampton Inn, and was clearly the best I have tried. They have no real options for dinner so either eat before you arrive or get delivery. The store downstairs only sells junk food and no wine/beer. The hotel is new the rooms are good, the bed is very comfortable , the breakfast is good. I found the staff to get very good. At least for me this is all that you could ask from an airport hotel. I will stay here next time. No need to keep looking around.

A little bit disappointing”
Big room, high ceilings, comfortable bed, plenty of parking
There really was nothing seriously wrong with the Hampton Inn. My room was spacious and well appointed. The wifi was free and fast. The service was good enough. There were many little annoyances though. None of them amounted to much, in itself. Together, though, they just began to wear. The soil pipes from the 2nd floor baths seemed to go right past the head of the bed. The courtyard outside the suite's windows was lit, all night, brighter than Safeco field. Not only did my receipt not appear under my door, the day I checked out, it took the staff member more that 5 minutes to print it. I suspect that none of the staff at the Inn actually eats the breakfast that they put out for the guests. If they did, it couldn't possibly be such a bland and unloved affair. It was so ironic to be in Seattle drinking horrible coffee. There is a diner around the corner (Dave's, I believe) that is much better.
