Pretty good stay, got checked in pretty easily, staff was nice, got a good family room. A good location where the hotel is located. I didn't have any problems with booking or checking in. Room was clean, I asked for Toiletries & received them. The only thing was the lobby was super hot, not sure if they had an ac malfunction or something. Overall it was a good stay, good budget.

The button for the second floor in the elevator was broken so if you stayed on the 2nd floor you had to take the stairs . Luckily I was able to get on the 4th floor . Overall the stay was ok

Not as clean as it was four years ago. It appears that the floors everywhere are dirty. We were there on a weekend and it appears the halls had not been vacuumed and the elevators and elevator areas appeared as though they had not had a god cleaning in a while. I have to wonder if they take shortcuts on prepping and cleaning the rooms.

Thankfully the hotel has been renovated. However there are still remnants of the older aging hotel, such as the elevators, for example. But found a good price with a discount on line. Worked out great for just one night to sleep in.

Despite it is an smoke free facility the smell was terrible. The hotel was really dirty, hallways breakfast area and specially sticky floors. Somebody activated the fire alarm, the front desk staff never answered nor give proper information and indications. Expensive for what it has to offer.

No A/C in the hall and breakfast area. For breakfast no milk, no waffle batter, etc only scrambled eggs and cut up sausage and some apples. The room wasn't vacuumed, bed was clean and ok, no bath towels in the bathroom.

Upon arriving the fridge was broken no where to store my breastmilk... I understand there is covid but the only reason I booked them was for the free breakfast and they passed out a brown bag with water and granola bar. To make matter worse we went 2 days without clean towels and we brought towels when we checked out. I would recommend anyone to stay unless they want the convenience.

Not the Hampton Inn We Expected”
Dirty, one of the 2 elevators out of order, morning coffee is tan water, no fruit at breakfast, we reserved a king but given queen, lights didn't work, had to move rooms twice. Would never come back here. Avoid.

I'm used to getting pretty good value for my money with Hampton and usually enjoy my stay. The check in staff need customer service skills enhanced. Not the usual warm and helpful greeting that is usually standard. The hallways, rooms, and elevators need updating. Scuffs and dents in walls and doors is not classy and the lights flicker. The breakfast was ok, but nowhere near as good as other Hamptons. I asked for extra pillows and was reluctantly provided one. In 2022 with Hampton just ok is not ok. Won't be looking at returning when I come back in a few days for my outbound flight.

Because this hotel was not it. The Hampton Inn ATL is located on a side of Atl that doesn't look safe. Hotel rooms are shitty and found roaches crawling on the wall. The staff was ight but I witness one of them having a petty argument with a customer. I will not be visiting this hotel again.
