Convenient Location for Boston and Layovers”
We typically choose to stay at Hampton Inn for their cleanliness and room comfort. This one was a bit busier and offered less frills that some others but location to airport/car rental and their shuttle service made up for it. Was both easy and convenient to explore Boston for a few days and then head off elsewhere (just clarify with shuttle driver where to meet for pick up). Located in a more industrial side of town, but they offer some quick bites from a small menu to purchase around dinner.

If you're just staying for the airport”
It is close and the bed is comfortable. They serve a small free breakfast which is convenient. Small gym and pool. However, if you're trying to visit downtown boston or the cambridge area, it's too far.

Mediocre Experience”
Hotel is only okay. Would suggest to just pay a bit more for a hotel in the city of Boston to avoid having to use a shuttle service, etc. to get around. Saves time, money and hassle. Service was a mixed bag as well. Some staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. On the other hand, there was an exchange with a staff member that left me feeling irritated. Coming from Europe, it is normal to be able to walk places. So, when I asked, as a tourist who didn't know the area, how I could walk somewhere nearby, I was treated as an idiot and instead of being helpful, they made a sarcastic remarks instead. I had to literally ask, "what WOULD you suggest then?" I had to lead them to answer my question. Maybe I have higher standards as someone who has worked in hotel service myself but I would never speak to a guest in the manner they spoke to me. I will not choose this hotel again if I'm flying into Boston.

I waited an hour for a pick up. The desk person tried to tell me it wasn't that long. I have ot on my phone; essentially he accused me of lying. How's that for customer service.?

Good place to stay if you’re only staying a night”
I had an early flight out and used their long term parking which was convenient but the woman who helped me at the front desk was not helpful/informative ...she shared no information like that there is no coffee no breakfast because of covid. They have little paper bags with a few little things like apple slices you can take to go in the morning. That’s it.

Terrible Place and Terrible Service”
Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel later than planned. Upon arriving, we were not greeted and had to wait for the front desk employee to come inside after smoking. Ironically, he watched us walk in and stand in the lobby. We tried checking in to our room and he told us that he cancelled our reservation because we did not call before 12:00 am. We let him know that we were flying in the air and could not call due to our delayed flight and he said, sorry I can’t help you. I asked if we could re-reserve a room and he said no. That being said, my wife and I were standing outside of the hotel trying to find another place of lodging at 3:00 am in the morning. We will never patron another Hampton Inn again. So sad to see and experience such terrible service. I hope things change and I hope that the management at Hampton Inn see this review and look into this incident.

Value for money”
We stayed at this hotel while waiting for our flight out of Boston. It was located in the Chelsea are of Boston. There is a train stop nearby but we prefer to use Lyft to travel around Boston.There is a large mall across the street from the hotel. The room was large and very clean. Check in and out was fast. Free airport transfer every 30 minutes from the hotel.

Convenient to Logan Airport”
Everything expected out of a luxury hotel, with certain drawback. Bed is very comfortable, large room, thick towels, hot breakfast and free shuttle to/from Airport. But bathroom fittings are quite dated. The shower/drain pipe toggle in my bath tub was too tight and took some adjustment to operate normally. It is less than 10 minutes to airport and almost next door to car rentals. We chose this hotel due to an early flight out (7 am flight - have to leave by 5 am, while breakfast starts at 6 am) and the hotel is thoughtful enough to prepare prepack breakfast (apple, muffin, cookies & a bottle of water) for everyone without even being asked. One tip: since the hotel provides free shuttle to/from airport, and car rental companies are very near to the hotel, you may save a lot of $ (yes, Boston is expensive) to free up to 2 days out of your car rental bill.

By booking voucher, payable by Agoda company. However, when I ckecked out, the Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport charged the guest room expense. So, I don’t know what happened between the hotel and agoda company. This is the first experience for me to choose agoda. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle bus was prompt and driver very courteous. ugly part of Boston and not a place you would choose to stay for any reason other proximity to airport.

Near airport, good breakfast, airport shuttle ”
Enjoyed my stay. Buffet breakfast is really good. Airport shuttle every 20 minutes starts at 4 a.m. for early flights. They even provide you with a "snack bag" if you head to the airport before the 6 a.m. buffet breakfast starts. Worth anther stay if I pass through Boston again.

Be aware that there's nothing around”
If you arrive at night make sure you get some food and other essentials before going to the hotel as there's nothing close. Also driving around Boston at night looking for something to eat is really difficult. There aren't any fast food places open late in the city but there is a huge 24 hour Walgreens with healthy food about 30 minutes from the hotel in downtown.

Pleasant recovery from a long flight with airport shuttle pick-up/drop-off and friendly service on arrival. Check-in and check-out procedure was without hassle. High-speed internet access in room. Room was clean and well maintained. Good start of day with wholesome breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay. Just be aware that there is not a restauramt in this hotel, but fast food choices latterly next door. Good free airport shuttle for those early flights starts at 4 a.m. in the morning and leaves every 20 minutes. Check out is super fast. Buffet breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If you check out before breakfast they give you a free "snack bag" as you check out. Good friendly staff and clean rooms. Fast internet wifi in rooms and business ceter with printers for guest to use downstairs. (print your flight boarding pass).
