      Didn’t have what we were suppose to have! no refrigerator or microwave, was told they were in the middle of re-modeling and were full so no other rooms available, bathtub wouldn’t drain, so you were standing in water while showering. Air conditioner was very loud on and off during the night! Bathtub had hairs in it from previous guest. Smelled like smoke or some odd odor. Light bulbs out at the bedside. picture shows jacuzzi at hotel with pool, there wasn’t one, and pool water looked very dirty, sure wouldn’t get in it. And they said that it was booking.coms fault because they needed to update their site! They gave me a gift card for $25. I called booking.com direct and they got me $30 off by calling the hotel directly. What a joke! I could have stayed in a hotel for less than half the price of this hotel, but we always stay at Hilton properties, don’t waste your money at this hotel, you’ll be very disappointed! On a good note, the front desk employee was very nice and bed was pretty comfortable!

      Great location, easy access from interstate. The front desk staff were friendly. Everything was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great, friendly attendant on duty. Complimentary bottled water and coffee available. We will stay here again in our travels from TN to NY.
      We had a room on the first floor which was a bit noisy with people talking in the corridor and traffic in the parking lot. After 10pm it was quiet though so we did get a good night's rest. We will ask for an upper floor for future stays.

      Hotel needed several repairs”

      The breakfast food was good and staff were friendly.
      When we arrived to our room a large section of the carpet was soaking wet. We found that the air conditioning unit was leaking all over and the wall nearest the unit was also soft and had mold all over it. Then one of the beds was also broken and almost flipped over when my 10 year old son sat on 1 side. When we called down to the office they already knew about the ac unit and had us come down to switch rooms. They were friendly, but if they knew the floor was wet and moldy wall why did they place us in that room to begin with? Breakfast food was good but during the breakfast hours there was construction on the outside wall in the seating area. It was extremely loud and didn't feel clean or inviting. Again, we understand needing to do a repair but that could have begun AFTER breakfast ended.

      The room was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, I could've stayed in bed all day.
      My only complaint was the indoor pool. While walking around inside the pool I stepped on what appeared to be a metal splinter. My wife had to dig it out from my foot.
