Lovely hotel”
I stayed here for a solo trip. Whenever I went out, the staff always approached me and gave me a lot of information about transportation, shopping places, tourist spots, etc. They were very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. On the second and third nights, some staff members even greeted me in Japanese, so I was really impressed. The room was clean and the view was amazing. This hotel is perfect for enjoying Kaohsiung.

Bathtub for soaking, heated swimming pool, and easy parking nearby”
I always choose this hotel when I go to Kaohsiung. I really like it. Although it's not very new, the service is very good. The bathtub fills up quickly and the water is hot. You can swim in the pool even in winter. It's convenient to come by motorcycle or car. It's a bit far from the MRT station, but there is a shuttle bus. You just need to make a reservation in advance. The cleaning staff is also very diligent. Every time I walk into the room, I feel great.

A big shout out to the receptionist Lena and Kay who were very professional in handling all my queries. Had requested for Muslim meal and they went to the extra miles by preparing the prayers mat with Quran and kiblat in the room. Great food prepare for Muslim meal during breakfast. As for the gym n pool facilities, please change the opening hours from 10am onwards as to accommodate the traveller work life balance. For now, it's only open from 2pm till 9pm.

Although I have always stayed in homestays for domestic travel choices, I saw discounted prices for star-rated hotels recommended on the website and decided to try booking a hotel with a try-it-out attitude. The result surprised me! The humanized hotel management and friendly and considerate service staff made me feel at home. It's not just a feeling of management. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they really put themselves in the customer's shoes and provide help after a request. They will even proactively suggest ways to help me.
