Comfort and convenience of location but quiet”
This is a gem of a home stay to find within walking and/or cycling distance of the night market and the Ancient Town. I struggle with a home stay compared with a hotel in that the staff are either local people and/or of family with not necessarily any training in hospitality per se so there is no overall uniformity of service eg. 'doing a job' through to an experienced staff member; little English through to excellent conversational English; some breakfast menus with additions added in handwriting while others remain the same with not enough English to communicate what you want from yesterdays menu! Because breakfast is the delight of starting my day as a tourist, it may be preferable to write the breakfast menu with options from different categories instead of only being able to make an order once and then no further table service so I don't eat you out of house and home'! If there are continuing electricity outages in Hoi An a generator may need to be purchased?! It's time to check under the beds Ng -you may be surprised by what you may find! Alas, the bases of the beds are so heavy and do not allow for ease of cleaning -a common problem in hotels. A common issue in that the fridge power source is connected to the room key so the tray under the freezer is either awash with water or frozen! Have the aircon machines been checked for efficiency of output as a tourist from a colder climate relies on relief from the heat after being outside? The 'small one'! and younger brother inherently knows about being of service to guests, so please consider 'investing' in his potential for the business and pay for him to go to the Apollo English Centre where he can learn from native English speakers and be a continued asset for the future of the home stay. Amazing 10/10 homestay!”
Adored this homestay, so comfy, cosy, wonderful hostess and family! I read all the reviews about this homestay and all where so positive, getting a 9.5 as a rating I just HAD to check it out. I it was NOT disappointing, it is a 10 out of 10 homestay! Amazing super clean rooms, loved the friendly family, location is perfect 2 mins. walk to the charming 'old town' and night market. My room had a balcony, so nice to sit and watch Vietnamese day to day life. The omelette with fresh baguette breakfast is delicious! I did NOT want to leave! Thank you for my delightful visit and I definitely recommend this charming homestay! You made my trip to Hoi An most memorable!

Clean, friendly in a superb location”
This is a great find in Hoi An. While close to the tourist area and sights, it is in a non-touristy spot and oddly enough, the rooms are very quiet. And super-clean with an enclosed shower (hard to find in some homestays). We slept very well on the comfy beds. Good AC. Quiet location. We could walk everywhere but the on-site free bicylces made it easy to go to farther spots (get money, for example which is hard to find in the tourist quarter). The family (staff) is very friendly and helpful. They organised motorbike rentals for us (at very competitive prices) and even accmodated for a 5 o'clock breakfast we could set off to My Son at the wee hours. This is an excellent find. Highly recommend it.

best stay during our trip ”
We've been the second time at this homestay because we loved it the first time, two years ago. The location is perfect, it is quiet and you are not far away from the city center (5 minutes walk). The people are very nice and so helpful, they helped us book a flight and let us print and their English (and German) is very good. We will definitely come back to this homestay when we come to Hoi An again. Rooms are very clean and the bathroom is big and new.

- Pros: * Nice location: close enough to the centre of old city, yet a step away from the craziness of local traffic. * Room was clean and spacious - especially the bathroom (I was amazed). * The family was really nice and helpful. -Cons: n/s -Conclusion: I would recommend this place to anyone who are visiting Hoi An.

This place was perfect for me! Room is neat and clean. Staffs are warm and kind like my family. And this town is so calm. I cannot believe it only takes 5 minutes to busy old town street by walk. I will not hesitate to choose this place again next time I visit Hoi An again.

Clean and great location”
This homestay is worth for money to stay, they provide nice and tidy room with free bicycle. very good location within 5 minutes walk to old town walking street. The nice "An Bang" beach is also 7 km away, you can try by bicycle or rent motorbike with 6 - 7 USD per day.

Awesome Experience!”
We only stayed one night at the homestay, but really loved it. The owner is super friendly and the place has a nice vibe. The rooms are simple, but spotless. Dinner was fantastic and we enjoyed helping out with the cooking! We also had fun taking the bikes out for a ride around the island. I think you should spend at least two nights here as we were sad to leave so soon!

Nga (daughter of the owner) and her family run a great homestay. It is clean, friendly and close to the old quarter ( 5 minute walk max.) - it makes a great change from hotels. Only fault is the water pump can be a little loud (but maybe that was because the place was so quiet and peaceful....

We spent one night at the homestay, staff and foot were excellent, but we received a dark room with no view near the recepion, stairs and brekfast room. This was very unconvenient and noisy.

Wouldn't book again, because of the humanity/the bad”
+ staff was so lovely and helpfully , breakfast was pretty good for the money, homestay was very good located, bike rental included - first bikes in our trip, that runs - first room - first night - had a very high humanity, room was to the backside and smells for mold, second room - second night - to the street was better, but the we had an old bed, we could feel the springs, the night was ok, but the matt should be changed

Value for Money, Exceeded our Expectations!”
The host family has provided warmth hospitality during our 2-night stay. We love the fact that their minibar prices are very reasonable, and even better than purchasing from other shops. (Most shop owners do not state prices, and would quote a higher price when they know you are a tourist). Location is great, about 5 minutes walk to the old town or 3 minutes by bicycle. A variety of dishes offered for breakfast. We enjoyed the fruit shake, scrambled eggs and banh mi! You are recommended to arrange transfer from airport through them directly. It is believed to be much better rates than public taxi.

Perfect location, very comfortable”
Our family had a terrific stay. The staff were lovely (not all spoke great English with was fine), the location was ideal (close to things but on a quiet street) and the room was very comfortable. Also the tours recommended were with lovely, warm guides who made our experiences special. The only thing which could be improved was breakfast, but it didn't matter to us much. The kids happily ate a western breakfast while we git spectacular soups etc on the street right around the corner. We'd stay there again for sure!

Very friendly and helpful hosts”
Located in a central location with good spas in the vicinity (check out Coral Spa), convenience store next door. Breakfast was yummy, coffee was good! Room and bathroom were clean, and hosts were very friendly. Helped to carry luggage up the stairs and helped with some problems with our SIM card, including the calling the SIM card operator. Went beyond and above their duty, and i had a really good experience.

The hotel is very clean, since we need to take off the shose b4 enter the hotel. The hotel is very near night market just 2 crossing. It won't be too noise. And the Ztore is near the hotel. The hotel is very well equipped. Such as hair dryer, tv, bottle of water ,toothbrush and balcony.

Friendly hosts, breakfast was simple local fare but yummy, coffee was good! Helped with topping up the sim card, which was great! Room was clean and big, sufficient. Highly recommended. Really near the old town too.

Wonderful stay, 5 star service!”
We spent here 5 nights, the place has a great central location plus approximately 1 min walk from night market, the family was very helpful and kind, nothing was a problem for them, they can arrange various tours, recommend good places/restaurants. Moreover, they serve you nice western(or local if you want) style breakfast, place has hot water, plus you can have free bicycles as well so nothing stops you from taking rice field trips. :) We were absolutely satisfied with everything, highly recommended accomodation!!

Loction is Great. Near to the old town which is easily walkable. The host also provide us with bicycle to tour around which is awesome. Room is clean, and breakfast are good. Value for money. Most important their service is friendly and ensure all our needs are met. Highly recommend to stay!

A friendly family with a nice spacious house, away from the bustle of the old town, but just around the corner from everything. Only downside: the quality and quantity of the towels and bath mats.
