Well I can honestly say we were very surprised on arrival we were greeted by reception staff Tam an Nguyet who were very friendly . Our check in was friendly welcoming & swift . Nice room for very cheap - clean with amenities. Shower can take a lllooonnnng time to heat up and sometimes remains tepid. As with nearly every place I’ve stayed in Vietnam, the advertised [in this case rooftop bar] does not exist. Hasn’t since covid but they continue to advertise it, even in freestanding pages in room booklet that could easily be collected. But nice staff, clean, close to beaches. Scooter rental available from reception.

Had a wonderful time, very good service with a smile from Lan (she was everywhere, check-in,check-out, service room…) A bit worrying nowadays to see guests buffet breakfast taking food without their face masks on. Overall, a wonderful time at a good hotel.

It's an excellent spot to stay. For couples only. Kids dislike it since there isn't much for them to do, such as a kidclub or a playground.... In general, I enjoy this location and the way the staff treats us. I'm going to return.
