Comfort at an affordable price”
I was able to book a room at Hanbees Garden Inn for 3 days and chanced upon their 50% off promo for a deluxe room. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler since it was a room for 3. The booking also comes with free breakfast, which is served hot. The staff members are accommodating and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I had to extend my hours on this place since my flight's schedule was changed. They gave me a discount on my extended hours. They also have tour packages that are lower than other travel agencies, so you might want to consider booking with them if you want to go around Palawan. I would probably recommend the place to my friends who wish to see Puerto Princesa.

Staying here was nice. I stayed here for 3 nights. The place is not really close to robinsons mall, but they have free tricycle service to go there and they also have a pick up service. Workers there were so kind and helpful. The owner was also very kind. She let us know about many tour points in puerto princesa city and helped us book our tour. I couldn't see the guest room pictures in agoda, but the room was clean and nice. Swimming pool and garden looks better than the pictures in agoda. Breakfast was simple, but it was delicious. If i visit puerto princesa city again, I'm sure i will stay here again.

Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay in Hanbees Garden. I am not used to write long reviews but this time I will make an exception. When I booked the place I was was bit worried after seeing so many bad reviews. However now I understand. Most of the reviews were written by s****d Filipinos who booked standard room (because they cannot afford more expensive rooms) and than they complained that: "there was no TV, bad smell, rude owner..." I stayed in the standard room and my friends in the better rooms by the pool. ALL the rooms were really nice, everything worked well (well, there was some problem with electric plugs when we arrived but the friendly owner managed to fix it quickly, thank you!) and yes, standard rooms are basic but they ARE comfortable and you get what you pay for and the value is really great (compared other places with pool in P.P.). SO dear Filipino travellers I suggest you to stop complaining if you book cheap room. Maybe the best thing would be to stay at home and do not travel at all... Another complaint I saw was about "rude owner shouting at staff". Well, I feel like the reviews were again written by frustrated Filipinos who cannot stand Korean owner. The owners (a Korean couple) are super nice and super friendly. However their (Filipino) staff is super lazy, super slow and not helpful at all (everytime I needed a help they had to ask their boss because they did not know anything) therefore I fully understand if the owner shouted at them. I would do the same if I had such poor staff. I have been to Philippines several times and have got enough experience with local hotels, staff, ... and in my eyes this hotel is managed very well and I wish the owners all the best! So what I liked in Hanbees Garden? Location (bit far from the city but quiet), swimming pool, breakfast (simple but good, they do not provide tea but if you ask they will give you), rooms (standard are simple but nice, poolside rooms are really nice, just choose whether you pr

For the money it was fine . We got the economy room and stayed 6 days to check out Puerto princesa as a place to live . The rooms where clean . Staff nice . We paid less than 600 peso at.the time. Robinson's mall is at the main rd entrance a few kilometers awAy. There is a beach bar in the other direction "chez rose " we walked home from twice to get exercise . It's not far live signing there . So yeah . Just fine . We are at other places . They do have breakfast there . And other meals .

The most amazing stay, with the most amazing family”
We arrived at Hanbees Garden Pension House slightly stressed as we had lots of work to complete and we needed a quiet & chilled place to stay with good Wifi. After the second day, the manager and her family noticed that both of us were working hard and invited us to join them on their dinner. Almost every day after we ate with the family, and really got to know them. Had the best time and made a second 'family' within the Phillippines here. We will definitely come back to see them! Overall stay is good during our 2 night stay. The staff are nice and the place is very private. Location is a bit far - going to and from the Robinsons Place cost P40 pesos and to the airport is P100. Klook tour can pick-up guest to and from Hanbees. Limited choices of restaurants walking distance of the area. The pool is nice and clean. There are no TV in some room but the WIFI is great. Breakfast cost around P120 per person so maybe consider the option of availing breakfast with the room.

The staff are amazing, very helpful, very very friendly, they only do breakfast for food however breakfast was great. Rooms spotlessly clean, grounds immaculate too. Always someone to help you and your needs. Security on guard all night so extremely safe too. Location was a little out of the way tho we never found a problem going anywhere, always a trike available and prices are low. Highly recommend hanbees, made last few days of our honeymoon very memorable.....

Had my vacation here with my bestfriend and service was really exceptional. The staffs especially Tita Weng made sure that all our tour bookings were all set for our stay. From check-in to check-out, all staffs were very warm and welcoming. Location wise? Not a problem. The resort is near Robinsons and most importantly near the Airport. In case you have transpo problems, for sure they will help you get one. No plans yet? Well, they have prepared tour packages for you where you get to choose which one to do first. In our case, we had Firefly Watching on the first night, 2nd day we had our Underground River Tour, 3rd day was Honda Bay Tour and 4th day was the City Tour. We were usually not around during the day but in the evening, we would always enjoy the relaxing ambience plus our room which was poolside which was really amazing. We really had a great time and would surely recommend this place. Thank you for the genuine service! We would really love to be back. All the best! ♡♡♡

You get what you pay for. The food is not recommended, we had our breakfast buffet at a hotel across Hanbees ( 195 per head, totally worth it). The restrooms are not properly cleaned. The pool is heavy on chlorine. The owners (Koreans) are friendly and jolly. Its just few minutes away from Robinsons and Aziza Hotel.

I couldn't recommend this hotel higher. The cleanliness and facilities are better than any hotel we have stayed in the whole of the Philippines. The pool was great, the food was great, the location is good and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were helpful, kind, considerate and friendly. Wifi, TV were flawless and the the beds were so soft. The only hotel I have experienced that we could have had our dinner off the floor.

I cannot recomend this place, the customer service sucks entirely, i booked and paid for a standard room here with agoda, arrived at hanbes to be told bt the women in charge they do not have any standard rooms, i was told they have delux and poolview but that would be much more expense, i said no we have have an agreement stand by it, lady in charge called the owner who didnt want to budge, pay extra or go elsewhere, i said no, im left sitting there stressing for some time, it was only after ringing agoda on the speaker phone unsucessfully i might add, i was shown to room, a very frustrating experience, the lack of respect or accountability blew me away, at no stage then or any time after was the word sorry used by them, i was made to feel it wasnt their problem all mine, very familar feeling if youve ever flown jetstar, Room was fine, clean everything worked, The breakfast was what i would expect in an overnight stay in the police cells just very basic , dry bread, a fried egg that resembled a rubber egg from the joke shop, the help yourself coffee was a nice touch, breakfast not edible, There is no please or thank you or sorry sir with these guys, very stressed stay, dont bother, there are better places in puerto, i caught a tricycle to bajao inn for a lovely breakfast in the garden for very little money, staff very frendly and nice, brian tennant
