Great stay Mirissa!
Family room was big, staff was great and pool area very nice. Our daughter of 5 year loved this place. Short walk to Mirissa beach. We liked this place so much, that we will also end our Sri Lanka trip at same place.

Quaint Place, Warm Staff, Mozzie Alert
This quaint mansion with a nice pool feels like home, except that it’s infested with mosquitoes. We’re feast to the mosquitoes from arrival till departure. Swarms of the kissed us as we were checking in and many lurked around in the room awaiting our arrival. It’s the area surrounding the house but the house could more besides a miserable plugged repellent that does nothing. We recommend spray or incense in the room. We spent a whole hour eliminating the whole family suite and to avoid more entries, we had informed staff not to enter our suite. The family had to tactically open the door minimally to leave and close in a jiffy. After 2 nights stay, we left with itchy mosquito bites all over our body. Breakfast is nice and more than adequate. The key person is Kanda, a decent, friendly man of few words but big warm smiles. Would recommend to stay if you’re well equipped with insect repellent.

Convenient location
We had an upstairs room overlooking the hotel pool, it’s very clean. The bed was very comfortable, we had mosquito net and AC. It’s 5 Min walk to Mirissa Beach, it’s far enough away from the restaurants and bars on the beach. The breakfast was fine but not the best. The hotel staff were friendly and can speak good English.

Exceptional
Lovely place, staff were amazing and so helpful. Very clean rooms. Difficult to access the beach from here during high tide (have to walk about 15min or cut through another hotels entry). Short walk close to Mirissa’s secret beach. Breakfast was great, mix of Sri Lankan and western food, currently renovating their kitchen. Lovely pool and nice and quiet (far enough away from the noise of cars on the beach).

Good location close to the harbour
This is a mid-range hotel a few hundred metres from the Mirissa Harbour where whale watching boats are boarded. The family suite room is recommended, bright and spacious. There is a nice pool that is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has Sri Lankan favorites, eggs, cereal, toast and fruit. Staff are friendly and its easy to get transport arranged, or whale watching tours.

Beautiful spot
We had a great time here - the rooms are good, the pool is lovely, good breakfast, friendly staff and good value for money. We stayed in a few places around Sri Lanka at the same price and this was comfortably our favourite.

Hospitality with a capital H
Rooms rather small, coffee and tea facilities without coffee. Friendly staff; they do the utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Good breakfast. Mirissa beach just a short walk. On the beach numerous bars/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent stay!
The pool and shared areas are lovely and peaceful. The lunch and dinner menu was very good, and breakfast had everything you need. The service was also extremely good. I enjoyed everything about my stay here.

Mirissa Beach is Beautiful!
I enjoyed this hotel. I booked it because it had a bunk bed for my kids. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It had a huge bathtub. It was fairly close to the beach. We didn't get to try the breakfast because we went whale watching that morning. Our room had a patio and the pool looked nice. The owners were lovely!
